We are a repeat customer, having hired Whitaker in 2006 to put a roof on our previous home. Although we were very happy with their previous work, I was a little nervous about replacing a roof in February. All my concerns were addressed prior to the start of work. Our first meeting to discuss what was needed was relaxed, no pressure and only lasted till I ran out of questions. They had noticed the quality of the shingles they were previously recommending had recently been declining, suggesting instead that we use a different brand which had of late proven to be better. As we were picking a color, the sales person very tactfully suggested that a different color would be better. We were provided with a list of homes we could go see, and she was right! Her recommendation did look better on our home! The crew was well organized, getting everything done in two days. Cleanup after the job was exceptional. There were two followup inspections to make certain everything was done right. Lastly, we felt the price was very reasonable. I have no complaints, just compliments and our gratitude.

They scheduled fairly soon for us, and completed on schedule even with a weather day. Happy with their work. They replaced the 'turtles' on the roof with a more efficient vent.
