This is a well managed professional company. They never left me waiting for answers and always returned calls and texts. They showed up on time with a full crew and got the job done very efficiently. There was one small issue but I have to say they looked after it quickly, confidently and with a good attitude. I have no complaints and I highly recommend them.

They arrived when they said they would and carried out the work professionally. I was informed right away of any additional work that needed to be done once they started to remove the old roof. Another plus, for myself anyway, they are a family company and local.

The work done was great. Whonnock Roofing was the first to respond to my request for quote. Additionally, the description of products and services were the most comprehensive. The only disappointment (and for me, it’s a big one), in that although I am the one who asked for the quote, was the person who communicated with them, and was the one who made the payment, they sent the quote addressed to my husband. In fact, even after I changed the name on their quote, signed it and sent it back, the invoice still came addressed to my husband. Not cool. I don’t appreciate being made invisible when I earn half our income and was the one who ordered the work. Folks reading this, if you are minimizing the experience, then it is your privilege not to understand how this isn’t okay. Whonnock Roofing, you are too professional to slip up on this.
