Doug and his team did a commendable job when my home was hit by a storm last year. They thoroughly inspected my home, provided a clear report to my insurance company, and worked closely with them to secure a good claim. They completed roofing, siding, and gutter projects efficiently. But everything changed after Doug and other project managers left wildwood. During the siding installation, they knocked out the electricity in my living room on February 2nd 2024. Despite following up for over three months, they haven't addressed the issue and also not completed siding for small area. I am disappointed with their service and hope they will rectify these remaining issues promptly.

Doug and his team did an incredible job. The team did a remarkable job and left our home clean and looking even better than it was before. We appreciate Doug's attention to detail, superior customer service which certainly transfers to the rest of the team that worked with us on logistics. We're thrilled to have a full-functioning roof that was made with quality materials and care. Recommend highly!

My experience with Wildwood Roofing & Construction was a 5 star experience from quotation of the job to completion of the work. Jared Ball and Mike Cleaves provided a customer centered experience that was focused on their quotation and work completion to our satisfaction. They were the low bidder on replacing the roof and offered several solutions on installing soffit vents to increase air flow to meet current design requirements. They explained the pros and cons of the various options and soffit designs, offered their recommendations and then let us decide which suited us best. Work was completed in a timely manner and punch list items resolved quickly and satisfactorily. As an example of customer service provided, their extra effort on locating suitable skylight replacements was excellent. On the day they were installing the roof and skylights it was discovered that the standard 2x4 skylights delivered to the job site were correct but a slightly different design than 20+ year old standard skylights they were replacing. The exact skylights were no longer manufactured and would have to be special ordered with a 4-5 week delivery and then a retrofit installation. To avoid having us wait 4-5 weeks, Wildwood Roofing located 2 skylights matching our design in stock in Columbia Missouri. They drove to Columbia the same day that the roof was being completed to pick them up and then delivered them in time to complete the installation that day. Their extra effort eliminated the 4-5 week delay with a retrofit installation and was greatly appreciated. They also provided pictures and video of the completed work done in the attic to relocate 3 bathroom vents and close off side roof vents.

It’s actually lowered our energy costs with the lighter colored roofing shingles. It’s been a few months and zero issues. Don’t go with the fly by night companies, too many horror stories. If installed correctly new shingles shouldn’t be flying off from the get go from a light storm. They are committed 110%. They do the job professionally & quickly. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Probably the best roofing company in town!
