Abandoned the job when insurance and I were having a miscommunication. Instead of participating to help resolve they just worked as hard as they could to get paid. And when they were paid, left me in the dust with an unfinished project stating “their schedule had changed and unable to complete the work because of their workload. Wishes me luck on my project.”

The quality of work was good. There were several communication challenges that contribute this this rating. I would recommend their work and their contractors but not if you're wanting better communication. We had 2 different projects with 2 different project managers. Both were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Excellent service

We had an electrical caused fire in a small part of our garage, which resulted in minimal structural damage but total home smoke destruction. With a strong recommendation from State Farm and meeting with Willamette Restoration, we selected them to restore our home. Right from the start, they developed a plan that expanded as the scope of damage became clearer. Because of the trust our insurer had in them, repair requirements were reviewed and decisions made quickly. Our job supervisor, Scott Lovell, was in almost daily communication with us, not only advising us of all issues, but joining us and making helpful suggestions at various locations to meet with suppliers to ensure that all items selected during the rebuild were to our liking. The various subs they used all were empathetic to our situation and did a quality job at their specialty. If I could give this company a "ten" star rating I would in a heartbeat! They were true to their word, and great people to work with!

Due to a negligent plumber, my entire home flooded -- all three levels. It was a major disaster. Everyone at Willamette Restoration was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire restoration. Brent was great at explaining things to me (sometimes multiple times), and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way. No matter how many questions I asked, he took the time to answer them all with a smile. All the tradespeople who worked for Willamette were equally professional. I hope I never have to use them again but definitely would should the need arise. They are great!

Kurt and Brent took great care of us every step of the way restoring our home from a fire. Every Willamette employee we encountered was helpful and courteous, and Kurt and Brent both took a lot of time to explain the process and help us through issues. Our restoration job turned out amazing, and when we were able to move back into our home it was better than before. We are so pleased with the job that Willamette did and recommend them highly.

They were extremely helpful with coordinating the replacement with the carpets, lighting and even tile that was not necessarily in the home but it was something they offered as an inexpensive but different alternative. It has actually improved my house.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the perfection that everything was done with. The windows, carpets, tiles, and everything that was installed and color coordinated. They did an absolutely perfect job of satisfying me as well as just doing a great job. Some of the things like for instance my fireplace had tile and the dimensions are a little crooked but they had an extreme professional who came in to line up that tile and you would never know it was not perfectly aligned arithmetically because it looks professional. It looks awesome. He did a great job. I would recommend them to any friend or business.
