They were a very professional company and had excellent customer service.

The installation crew was professional and polite.

It took a month from the time I started the contract until someone came out to measure, and it only happened because I called them. There was nobody who reached out to me and when I tried to pay them, I was only given one option and they are charging 1.5% for me to pay them.

There has been very little communication and the quality control has not been there throughout the entire process.

Window Nation is the best, and we had a wonderful experience!

I am pleased with my new windows- they replaced my old single paned and I notice a big difference, especially with it being so cold outside, the cold doesn’t come into the rooms. The installer didn’t clean them really well, left streaks, which is just cosmetic, but, did leave a gap on the lower side of the kitchen window, which he caulked. No problem with the window, just the installation wasn’t as good as I expect, considering.

I have already told a lot of people about Window Nation.

While the window installers were professional and on time, the complete project details were not provided to the installers. As a result, the project is now 3 weeks behind schedule and has no end date in sight.

There are holes that allow weather and insects to come in. I have no date on when will be fixed.
