Very good experience
We experienced a job well done!
Great process through out, I’ve. recommended you to friends already!
Im very satisfied , quality work , the work was really neat and the workers were super polite.
Jorge & Jennica worked tirelessly throughout the 9 hour install.
Window Nation installed several windows and a patio door in our home. All but one of the windows are fine, however the force required to open the patio door does not meet the National Fire Protection code. A Window Nation person visited the home on 7/31/2024 to measure the force required to open the patio door and confirmed that it exceeded the NFPC standard. That Window Nation person indicated that he would be back in touch with a proposed solution. On 8/12/2024, I sent an email asking for a status and received nothing. On 9/5/2024, I sent another email and received a reply on 9/6/2024 indicating that the patio door manufacturer would schedule a site visit, however the "site visit may take 3 to 4 weeks to schedule". On 9/5/2024, I contact my salesperson at Windows Nation and indicated that nothing appeared to have been done with regard to the patio door from 7/31/2024 thru my inquiry on 9/5/2024. The patio door manufacturer did contact me and we met at the home on 9/10/2024. The manufacturer made some adjustments to the door, but that person did not have a device to measure the force to open. We've purchased a device that is approved for ADA use to measure the force and will do so on 9/18/2024. We are also waiting to an update on the replacement of the bottom pane of a Window Nation window that was manufactured and shipped, contrary to a change order. That window was installed with assurances that the update to the window was easy and would happen quickly. No status has been received on that window for over two months. Our financing is thru Service Finance. They have contacted us 4 times to confirm that the project is complete. Our response each time is NO it is not complete. During our last conversation with Service Finance, they indicated that he would file a complaint with Window Nation.
All in all was a great experience. All involved were knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent product, reasonable priced,
The only situation is that windows has just been installed.
Todd and his crew did a fantastic job. I was pleased with the outcome.
Installation was poorly accomplished: debris left all over the yards, gutters, porches, and roof; windows and sills, walls and furniture have caulking dripped and smeared over their surfaces; rain gutters damaged from ladder; new roof damaged from caulk and foam; gaps around windows; some windows seemed to be measured incorrectly as they do not fit; outside stone not properly prepped therefore window sits in opening off to the side; and the list goes on…
We were pleased with the entire process from contract to finish. Such a great improvement to our home! Will definitely refer others
Thanks to our entire team of professionals!
Window nation experience was easy, we got exactly what was promised in and ahead of the expected timeline. I would recommend them to a friend.
Knowledgeable sales presentation!
Great product. Everyone involved in the process of seeing that I got just what I needed were friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. On the phone or in person everyone treated me with respect and kindness. They kept me updated on what was going to happen and when. One of the best things is they didn't just disappear after the great windows were installed. I would highly recommend this company for windows.
It’s too early to determine satisfaction on the product and service installation. We usually wait at least 30 days after procuring a service or product before providing a review.
Everything was fine. I was happy with their service.
The installation went well but they did not clean the windows and some of the window sills had to be repainted to which (1) they were supposed to clean the windows (2) we were never informed that we may have to fix the window sills.
We liked the quality of windows. The installation service was fast.
Quality windows, but terrible customer communication. The main office seems to be in the midwest somewhere. I was never assigned a customer service rep, so it was difficult to get in touch with someone who knew what was going on. The one good thing was that the install team was very professional and hard working, and they cleaned up everyday and made a minimal interruption during the install. Overall, I'm not likely to go back to Window Nation unless they fix their communication problem.
They were great and made everything easy. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and made the entire process very easy.
Overall, I am not happy.
Beautiful windows, outstanding prices and excellent installation
The team as a whole were excellent and the window installers made the difference - they rocked it
Installation is horrendous
I did not receive the windows that I was shown.
The only problem I had was the man who called about the HOA; he bugged me every week. He was very rude. All he needed to do was send me a letter.
Cannot get them to repair screen that was installed with a hole in it. Had to come back and adjust 3 windows, 2 with air gaps that you could visually see daylight coming in around the window and the other one I could not open
Very professional. Excellent workmanship. Friendly people.
When the salesperson came in and showed me the product, but they did not deliver the quality of the windows that they showed me. The windows they installed in my house were totally different from what they sold me. The quality of the installation was not the best either. My friend received two free windows and I did not and paid a lot more than he did.
I was very pleased. There are so many good things I want to say about my experience. I had 3 companies come in, and Window Nation was my 4th, in which I was going to get or wasn't. From the beginning when Gerald came out it was the best. Daniel was calling to schedule with me, but he didn't but me, and it was great. The 2 guys that came out. Nick and Austin, made it look seamless. They were in and out, courteous, and absolute beasts. They made it look like easy work, but I know it wasn't. I highly recommend the experience I had with them.
They did really good, and they did what they said they would do.
They were timely, professional and did the job. They cleaned up, and I could not ask for anything more.
The communication could be better with the customer.
We would, without hesitation, recommend window nation and our sales rep Uriah Rupp
Incredibly easy to work with, through sales, scheduling, and installation. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and that worked out well. The installers cleanliness was exceptional.
I already have
WINDOWS ARE NICE
The patio door has been very hard for me to open. They've came out, two guys came out, the one guy tried to fix it. It opens a littl better. Another guy came out and he told me because I'm disabled and he said he could look for equipment for me. I have to buy it. He comes out and install it. This has been two weeks ago. I have not heard from that guy since. So, I called Window Nations. I think yesterday and somebody else is supposed to be coming out. I am very upset because Timothy Jones has not called me back.
We are satisfied with the work. Window Nation - Austin, TX did exactly what they said they would do. My only negative comment is that, from the time we wrote the check, it took a long time for the work to be done. We had the city inspector out about a week ago, and he was impressed with the job.
I'm very pleased. The entire process was flawless. The windows look beautiful. The installer was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I can already tell I wil be saving money on electricity and gas.
The salesman was very nice and went above and beyond helping us decide on the windows.
The salesperson was great. However, we thought we were getting a screen entry door. That didn't happen. One slider window was mis-measured and doesn't even fit the window frame, it was set between the frame, and brick, set in foam. I don't know about the install. Late arrival, sloppy caulk job. No clean up afterwards.
Product seems fine and install was great, but I still
Don’t like that the initial price quoted was so high but could be negotiated down as much as it was. If the job could be done for the price I paid then the initial quote feels just dishonest.
It was great working with the design team, the tech team, and the install team. The installation was done as planned, and they communicated ahead of time when there were some issues, and despite that, we were able to get it done on time. We like product quality and usability, and the cost is better compared to competitors.
I have already recommended Windows Nation to Lorrie Adams
Love my new windows!
The whole experience was problem free with the windows being ready early. I appreciated they made a deal that it possible to make affordable payments
I got a couple of quotes and for the quality Window Nation was the winner. The other quote was lower but came with a lesser quality window and not as detailed an installation. I have now had the windows for a bit over a week. The change in the air temperature inside is totally noticeable and the rooms are more evenly cooled as opposed to having some part of the room be warmer. My A/C is even able to actually turn off during the hottest parts of the day now. Very solid, would recommend!
I cannot recommend them to anyone.
