From seeing the Window Nation Ad on TV and placing the call, everything went smoothly and very efficiently from the salesman visiting our home and showing us GOOD, BETTER, BEST, to the measurements being taken, and then the actual installation.

The windows are very nice. We replaced our picture window with three windows. It is nice to have windows we can open. We would recommend window nation. I’m hoping they’ll be nice and warm this winter. The old ones were wooden and very drafty. I’m looking forward to not having to use a blanket this winter when sitting at my table.

I didn't realize you just used sub contractors and not employees. Guys that did our install smelled like cigarette smoke and we had to air out our house after they left.
The run around with timing was horrible,
1/18 - measurements are completed - we are told "they are telling me about 4-6 weeks for your windows to be made but it never takes that long". This would be new window between 2/15 and 2/29. Expectation set.

Installation appointment set for 4/1, starting between 7-9am, installers show up at 9:20 and smell like cigarette smoke. They did a good job but we had to air out the house for over an hour to get that smell out of our house. No Window Nation van so we didn't even know it was the installers, thought is was Amazon.
