We were impressed with our experience with Window Nation. From the initial meeting through installation was very smooth. Great communication during the process and our installers were so professional on a very cold day. They worked very hard to complete the job.

One new window had broken equipment and not yet fixed. Window frames too thick so blinds did not fit back into proper position. I am out $200 to buy new valances to cover problem. Promised rebate by install team but nothing heard..but he got check for full payment…Arrghhh!

I would recommend Window Nation to a friend, but it is still too early to tell how the work holds up.

Overall they did a great job, installed all 25 windows in about 7 hours, kept us updated and informed as the project progressed, professionally done and managed…now we get to enjoy the benefits of the new windows

Would definitely recommend, but would warn about your pricing games. A more upfront pricing model would have been appreciated. Our sales person was great, seems like it's the business model.

I had some issues, but they have been responsive so far, waiting to see if they execute it.

Only problem we had was the installers were 4 hours late.

Once I received a quote and accepted it, I was kept very well informed on dates, times etc.

They were on time, efficient, and they stayed for 11 hours to finish the job.

2 men arrived ahead of the scheduled time and did 13 of 14 windows, done and cleaned up by 4. One window was measured wrong.

The installation service was terrible.

As nice as the workers were they really didn’t care about the quality of their work

It was the easiest. It was great! It was a gratifying experience. All of the communication with them, whether it was a salesperson coming, you know, and talking with me about it or it was the people who came in and did the actual precise measurement to make sure the windows would fit properly. All of the crew that came in and actually installed them. It was just very easy. We arrived at a price and there was some negotiation over that. I was happy with the product and I was happy with the people who work at home and donate.

I didn't like the way the salesman did things. I felt like I was at a used car dealer. The price started out high and finally got lower to the price that I got.

Start to finish they kept us informed and up to date. The installer was incredibly efficient and very clean. Great job!!

The only helpful individuals I dealt were the sales manager and the installer. There were multiple issues that caused a large need for communication. The sales rep I was told to go through stopped communicating with me after the second message (about a month after the consultation). After I called customer service multiple times and told them I wanted the job canceled due to lack of information and answers on all of the issues, only then did the message get escalated to the sales manager, who did call me back and answer the questions I had. Much of the information provided by the sales rep was also untrue. Typical sales tactics were used, which I was aware were not true during the consultation, but the benefits seemed to outweigh those. I was also told Window Nation used their own installers who were company-trained. This was also untrue (my windows were installed by a third party). So far the windows appear fine, but it hasn’t been a month yet.

The Window Nation sales representative was extremely helpful in explaining all the details and contracts. The installation was smooth and professional, and the house was cleaned impeccably.

I don't think that I have seen a better job of installing a door. Give him a raise!!! If we do it again I will want the same installer.

On November 1st, we had some new vinyl replacement windows installed by Window Nation. My new windows are absolutely gorgeous!! Ray and the whole Window Nation installation team were incredible!! There was a great deal more work on one of the windows than they were anticipating. The team was here for almost 11 hours, and they all were amazing!!

I would recommend Window Nation windows. I am pleased with the workmanship and the finished product.

I just think that they were incredibly professional. The guy worked for 11 hours; he said it would take one day, and he meant it. I have only had the window for a few weeks, and we had some cold weather. Instead of the condensation being on the inside, it was on the outside. I am very pleased.

Worst company, measurement wrong, wrong glass at bathroom, all old trimmed broke, not what we expected when we paid that much money.
