They were very professional stood by their product and explained everything to me excellent crew
I was not please with the overall process. The communication was poor throughout the process
Window Nation is amazing. They were very efficient, and the installers were fantastic. They were very thorough, and they picked up everything. There was no mess left behind like there is with other companies.
Very satisfied with the windows and workmanship of the installation. However I was promised a on
The salesperson who showed the windows gave me examples of the products that would be used, but the products used were not the same as what was shown at the presentation.
Great team. Good communication with each other and myself.
Installers arrived on time they installed windows in about 2 hour cleaned up the work area were very professional did a fantastic job I love my new windows
Yes i would... Peter ( installer) on the outside was great.
Highly recommend Window Nation
The installation was on time. The quality is fine. What I expected with the quality is there. The reason I give four out of five stars is that during the service outside my house, there was a water pipe that was broken. Maybe the person who came might not have noticed it. That's the only concern. Other than that, the service, quality, windows, and finishing touches were perfectly fine.
service was great but I wish that I had gotten another quote from another company.
The entire experience was wonderful, professional and on-time!
I would highly recommend them.
I would recommend Window Nation to people who are having their windows replaced.
Had to put in a service call after first set of windows installed and now have to place a second service call for second set of windows.
I would recommend Window Nation for their quick process from estimate to installation with in 60 days.
We are happy with our windows and new doors. Makes things look better and we have noticed a change in temps due to good sealing. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew to install everything was good and hard workers. Felt bad for them for how long it took to do the tall windows due to the extra work to install the new. They did get all the work done in one day and were friendly.
I recently sent an email regarding issues with some windows that were installed and I haven’t heard back from anyone, very disappointed in the installation process as there are some things that were not done right.
From the moment the salesperson came to my house to the time the installers left, it was great. Everything was very professional and informative. I was guided through every step along the way, and they cleaned up very well.
They provided good workmanship. However, it would be better if they could avoid the scheduling delays.
It is good windows.
Window Nation exceeded my expectation.
Great product, all personai were professional
From the sales pitch to frequent updates from Window Nation while my windows were being manufactured to updates from the installers, it was a great experience.
Customer support is nonexistent.
The installers were very professional and respectful.
Everyone was great and made sure we were well taken care of.
I actually feel as though I have been taken advantage of throughout the entire process and feel like I have no way of making the problem right.
My initial consultation in January, 2024 and install in March, 2024 seemed to be good, until I found out what really was going on. The windows were made before they were permitted by the city which caused all sorts of issues so that only four of the six window were put in to begin with. The windows should not have been made before they were permitted so that the problems could have been addressed then. In order to try to resolve the problem, I had to get the building inspector involved. During all of this, my sales consultant was no where to be found except for a frantic call at 9:30 at night telling me to just go ahead and put the four windows in. Of course, I trusted him, which was a mistake. So, I went ahead and had the four windows installed. When I tried to open the windows, I could barely open them. The building inspector agrees. The installers told me that they get better with use - I believed them - Mistake! It is now two and a half months later and I still cannot open them. After almost a month of my trying to contact and get someone out to my house, they sent someone out who agreed that they were not installed correctly and then told me he would let them know that someone needs to be sent out to fix them. I thought that was what he was going to do!! It is now three weeks later and still nothing scheduled to fix the windows. One thing that attracted me to Window Nation was the 5 years, no interest. That was a way that I could afford to begin to put new windows in my house. Well, my building inspector wanted to talk to a sales manager before the final two windows could be put in. I was talking to the sales manager (about three weeks after I had requested he call me) and he told me that he never would have bought windows on the 5 year, interest plan. I asked why and he told me that all they do is add the interest on to the cost of the windows so in effect I was actually paying all the interest - about $1500 - $2000 added to the cost by his estimate. This was NEVER told to me as I signed the agreement. So, I am paying $126 per month for 60 months for my four windows - along with $1000 I put down - approximately $8500. Since this was put on a payment plan from Window Nation, I have no recourse to try to get them to solve the problem. Totally taken advantage of. So, I met with WIndow Nation in January to buy windows at no interest for 5 years so that I would have 6 new windows that would be able to be opened by spring. But what I got was 4 windows with money added on for the interest that I cannot open and no one seems to be available to help. Totally taken advantage of!!! Will never recommend to anyone.
Window Nation did a very professional job, and I am very pleased with the results of the installation.
Good morning,
The handle on our deck door that your company installed broke last night. I would like someone to contact me about replacing it.
Thank you,
Bob
My job (replacing 12 windows) is still not complete. Communication with customer service is impossible. Our neighbors are thinking about using Window Nation and I had to be honest about the challenges we are having.
The sales representative, Adam Wagster, did a good job at explaining the entire process thoroughly. Also, the installation crew was good and made sure to cover my planting at the front of my home.
They conducted themselves professionally. They left the area clean. A few fingerprints on the windows.
I feel like I was steered away from the buy two get two deal your company offered. Even though I kept asking about it, I felt like I was double talked to about making it seem like it wasn’t a real deal🧐
the process was okay but we called in with an issue that has not been resolved.
I reserve the right to lower this if the mistake on this job is not fixed
They did great quality work and kept me updated on dates, times, and arrival of product. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.
They are professional and did an amazing job. They worked within the timeframe they gave me and I appreciated that.
Pleased and what we expected.
They were quick and efficient with the installation. They arrived on time and got the job done on time. The widows look great.
I honestly was not satisfied with the experience. There were many issues with a simple window replacement. Our initial measurements were done incorrectly causing the first install to be stopped, windows to be reordered, and an extra month before the job was completed. The project manager contacted me and made me feel that the error was my fault. When the next install was scheduled, the install team showed up 4 hours before they were scheduled causing me to leave work unexpectedly and my 7 month old baby to be kept up through her nap. I was not contacted by the install team at any point to tell me they would be arriving at a different time. The windows were dirty and the window cranks were chipped and damaged from the install.
The quality of the windows and the installation experience was absolutely 5 stars. It was the best!
Scheduling for an estimate and then scheduling for installation was a nightmare! Our salesman was empathetic that he was our point person, but did nothing other than pass our issues and NEVER followed up with us. This absolutely wrecked the experience. This is also why we would not recommend Window Nation.
Already referred my so …he just ordered
Experience was remarkable very professional and took time to answer all my questions and concerns
I love my windows, and the gentleman was very polite, professional, and neatness. I give them five stars.
The installers was fast and with great quality. They replaced bad wood and the right color window trim. Everything was just what we were looking for. I would recommend Window Nation to anyone that needs Windows.
The windows do not come from the same place as Pella windows, like I was told. Pella makes their own windows and they put their name on their windows. The windows I got were not made to size. I told the installer that, and he said they were just a different kind of window. I got another window installer to look at it later and he said the windows are not made to size (another lie). The windows were supposed to keep the cold out but the windows don't do a very good job at that. The installer tried to blame it on the walls but I just had my walls insulated last year. When he finished installing them, he told me I had to sign the contract that day even though I told him I was not happy with the window size nor the fact that I could still feel the cold get in through the window glass.
They have disappeared after install
Your company was recommended to me by my contractor - you did his windows - and I trust my contractor and I'm happy I listened to him
I have already recommended my realtor.
