After we purchased them we were always kept informed as to the progress of the order and when the approximate shipping date would be. They actually shipped a little early and the installers arrived with them ready to go to work. They laid down drop cloths to keep most of the dust contained in the house and cleaned up after themselves very well. We are very happy so far.

Very smooth operation

I feel good about the staff and friendliness of the installation crew. As far as the quality of windows and the installation, I have to make a call and schedule somebody to come back. Some screens don't fit, one window is upside down, not even sure it's the right one. The crank windows don't match up with the locking system and in order to lock our windows, we have to push hard with too much force just to get them to lock. Shouldn't be that hard when it comes to a window. So the quality, I'm disappointed in that aspect.

I would give them a 5-star rating, but there were some measurements that were wrong. The installers did a great job compensating for that, but I was rather shocked about it. There were some that were measured too big, and one that was measured too small.

The installation crew were awesome! They answered questions and made everything very clear!

They took extra effort to make the patio door threshold as low as possible so I wouldn't trip over it every time I went in the house.

The amount of effort it took to have questions answered is the only point of hesitation. I still have not received a call to set up the resort offer. I was simply sent to a website.

Our consultant, Tim was great, knowledgeable. He provided recommendations of what we would need based on our budget and current windows. we are very pleased with the installation process. The installation team was great & answered all our questions. They were professional, cleaned up after the job was complete and made sure we knew how to operate the new windows. When we thought we had an issue they were very prompt to address and fix. Albeit, there was no issue.
