The first round some wood was damaged and was promised on two occasions to get it fixed, never done. Second installment the man was here for 11 hours! We have two dogs that love to go in the yard, couldn’t let them out and they bark a lot.

The entire project from start to finish was as seamless as it could have possibly been. All persons involved were professional and courteous. All scheduled appointments were adhered to. Project manager Jason didn’t inform us that we were taking out a credit card with a $29 fee to open. We thought it was just a line of credit.
When I spoke with Jason after installation, I told him I was concerned that the woodwork in the middle of my 2 windows side by side did not have the trim in the center like we discussed but the other 2 did have it installed as I wanted. He then told me he never said I could keep the molding in the center of the 2 windows. He told me my option was a molded 2 windows or a slider. When I told him 2 of the side by side windows had it because they we ordered as single windows not molded he said that cost $150 more per window. He acted like it was my fault.
Thanks to our installer Richard, he was able to put the wood piece in the center on the molded windows and I am happy with the appearance.

They install quality windows and installers where courteous and keep there work areas clean!! They worked very hard for a hot day!!

Installation went well. Crew was respectful of my home and kept areas clean. Windows look nice and have made a difference in noise from outside. I hope they will help with energy savings and comfort with this coming winter. The windows are too new to comment on longevity or quality.

After we purchased them we were always kept informed as to the progress of the order and when the approximate shipping date would be. They actually shipped a little early and the installers arrived with them ready to go to work. They laid down drop cloths to keep most of the dust contained in the house and cleaned up after themselves very well. We are very happy so far.
