They were easy to deal with, and I thought that everything went very smoothly.

I was really impressed by their service and cleanliness, and how well they were able to handle a difficult job.

They were here on time with every scheduled appr. Windows look great. The installers worked efficiently even in the snow and cold. I was impressed with all areas of the project.

When I purchased my windows, I was misinformed about the two-year no interest; I thought I had qualified. I called, and they said I had already paid $900 in interest. I signed everything because I trusted my salesperson. The financial institution was outside of Window Nation, and they determined the interest. I called Window Nation, and they said I signed the paperwork, and I had to pay the $900.

A bit pricey

I have had a good experience so far with the measurement and installation teams, as well as the salesperson. They’ve all been polite, efficient and conscientious about the work and my home. There is an issue with needing a replacement window for one that was damaged during delivery. I was contacted the next morning to let me know the company is aware and what the process will be. I am in the waiting period now for the window to be made and sent for replacement, so I am reserving complete enthusiastic recommendation until that is completely resolved.

It was very easy to work with everybody. techicians were nice quick and thorough with their job.

From beginning to end we were very siatified.

I am very unhappy with the quality and the craftsmanship. I am very unhappy with the contractor that was sent out because they were rude to my wife.

I definitely would recommend Window Nation. When there was a problem, they quickly assessed what was wrong and just as fast scheduled a team to make it right.

So far very pleased with the windows themselves. The rooms seem to be much quieter and warmer. Disappointed in the cleanup job done. Pieces from the former windows and the shavings and siding were and still are everywhere. I am finding them all over my house. Also, my stairs which are hardwood were covered in dirt and wetness as the installers wore their shoes from outside up the stairs and into the rooms to install the windows. Additionally, I was told that the window treatments I had would still work as the windows would be placed only partially further in but there is no way that I can put them back up now.

Everyone we spoke with, from sales rep to office personnel and installer have been professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We are very pleased with the window and the experience.

Great service, great salesman! Did an amazing job of taking out old windows, installing the new ones, and putting the final touches to the windows, he made sure everything was cleaned up and the exterior of our home was restored to like new status. Recommend 110% if you need replacement windows this is the place to buy them. Installer was right on time. This was at the time we had the Big snow storm in Ashtabula, Ohio

Installation team was efficient, polite and did a great cleanup, even in the dark.

We replaced all the windows in our home, along with the front door. Everyone we worked with from sales, schedulers, and installation were polite and courteous, responsive to our questions and demonstrated a commitment to making it a great experience and finished product. Every step of the process was efficient and we are very happy with their work and the final product!
