I do not like the way they did the window frame. It looks sloppy.

Everything was done right and timely

The quality of the windows are great but from ordering the windows to before installation there where a number of problems. 3 of the 5 windows needed muntin bars added on the lower half of the windows, I was email someone else's permit in another state, when installing widows in my living room the muntin bars on both the bottom and top sashes should have had 6 squares instead of 9, the new ones should be replaced within the next couple of days. The molding on one side of my living room windows was cracked and now a new piece needs to be ordered. Never again will I buy windows from you guys.

They were very informative.

The only thing that was bothering me was they left screws and some nails in my driveway other than that it was a beautiful job. From the salesman, main QA check and the installation team everything was great.

I like the windows. I love the salesman. The guy who took care of me was excellent, and you can tell the installers have done this before. I have had windows put in before and it wasn't that professional. That is what I was impressed with.

I had 4 windows done. I am noticing on the kitchen window that there is a big gap that shouldn't be there in my opinion.

We started our window process in May 2024, and it was just recently completed. We had all kind of issues with the windows not going up. Furthermore, we had three different technicians out here, and each one told us something different. The last one that just came out decided that the windows were incorrectly sized from the manufacturer. My husband had to take down and put up blinds three different times. It was very frustrating. They each said something different. We called the customer service line and were told to wait until the work was finished. The windows cost almost $20,000.00, and I had bills for them before they were even installed properly. I wouldn't recommend them. We chose them because they are a local company and supposedly made the windows in the stats of Ohio. I wanted to give a local business a chance. They weren't the cheapest, but my experience has been awful.

We are very pleased. The installers, Jerry and Justin introduced themselves, covered our cream colored carpets, and installed our patio door and windows. They were professional, efficient, and pleasant. Thank you Window Nation.

I rated a 4 because they are a little pricey but overall, I would give the guys who did the install a 5. They were here on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

I am hesitant to recommend Window Nation. We had a patio door and multiple windows installed; the door was caulked between the siding and the window casing, however none on the windows were caulked in the same location. We were very disappointed to discover this.

Job not complete , waiting for shutters to be installed

This is a good company that offers good products. The installation was not perfect.
