From the initial visit to the final clean up, everyone was nice, professional and knew what they were doing. What more can you ask for?
They broke one of the sprinkler heads in my yard. It is completely broken off, and I am a little upset about that.
From sales to install it was quick and seamless.I referred my neighbors and they have already begun the process for their window project.
On time, courteous
Once the installers did their job, we haven't heard back from anyone about the windows. it was an email about the service. Had to send emails to finish the job.
I am generally happy with the product and the end result. Some things went better than expected and some parts were more stressful than I anticipated. The windows look good and do a great job of keeping the heat out. I could immediately tell a huge difference. It's also much quieter in the house, so I sleep better. Window Nation was not as expensive as some other companies, but they weren't the cheapest either. There were a lot of factors that played into us choosing Window Nation, including their price, their lifetime warranty with fewer caveats than their competitors, their policy of replacing rotted wood when they install your windows, and the salesman thought that our blinds would fit in their windows. All of the other companies we looked at said that our current blinds wouldn't fit because the new windows would be so much thicker than our old single-pane windows from the 1950s.
What went better:
The windows came in several weeks earlier than what we were originally promised, which was great! The contract said that the project should start within 8-10 weeks, and it should be finished within 1-3 days of starting. They actually started with projected within 6 weeks, and finished in 2 days.
What went worse:
The contract was explained to me, but not actually shown to me, when I signed it. It's a digital contract, that you don't scroll through, but it has links you can click on for each subsection. They don't want you to spend all day reading their contract, so they just have you digitally sign a very short page with links as if you've read the contract. I didn't actually receive a copy of the contract until a week later, and by then I couldn't back out of it without a huge fee. More importantly, the contract contradicted some things that were explained to me. Specifically, it said that replacing wood rot was not included, and that there was no guarantee that our blinds would fit the new windows. When I got a copy of the contract, I texted my sales rep to confirm that the wood rot would be replaced, because that was one reason I had gone with this company instead of a much cheaper one, and he texted back that it would be.
However, the installation team didn't know anything about an agreement to replace the wood rot. In fact, initially they just installed the new windows on top of some very rotted wood. They also told me that my blinds wouldn't fit, which was a big problem for the bedrooms. They did fix it, but only after a lot of going back and forth about how it wasn't in my contract that they had to do that. Corporate didn't care about what the sales rep had told me, only what my contract said, despite the fact that I had a text message confirmation of the agreement, and I didn't get to view the contract until a week after I signed. My project manager ultimately took care of me regarding the blinds and the wood rot. They only replaced the wood on the worst window. I couldn't check all of them, because they had already capped many of them. For the unfinished windows, I went around and found a few other windows with squishy wood, and they cut that out as well, upon request.
Also, after everything was paid for I received an email with a five-year Window Nation warranty and a lifetime partial warranty from the manufacturer. These were different from the original Window Nation lifetime warranty that I was shown when we signed the agreement. I emailed back asking about the differences in the warranties several days ago, and I still haven't received a response. I also haven't heard anything about when they are going to come replace the window that came cracked. I asked in another email if whenever they come to replace the cracked window they could also clean some paint off of a different window that dripped onto it from the frame. I cleaned what I could reach, but without a ladder, the rest of the paint is too high. I sent both of those emails three days ago, and I haven't heard anything back.
Had all windows replaced. Price was competitive. Process from start to finish was very easy. Installers did a wonderful job.
What I went through with this company?
I am very happy with the new windows.
They did a great job. They were professional and efficient.
The ordering process went well, and the install process was good until o was told they needed to reorder one of my windows because it was broken. The problem is it is now almost a month and the reordered window still has not been installed, and the installation manager is responding to my text messages.
Over priced, but offer financing. i like the life time warranty so time will tell how you stand behind warranty.
I couldn't be happier with my new windows from Window Nation! I feel like the quality and service I received were well worth the price, and the installation crew was amazing. Highly Recommend!
I was very happy with my windows. I didn't have any problems. They were on time and did great quality work.
Professionalism from start to finish, I am a very happy customer!
Muy satisfecha y agradecida con el trabajo realizado en las ventanas de mi casa. Todo el personal de Window Nation muy amables, considerados y profesionales, extremadamente se los recomiendo.
It could've been better. No one came back to look at the specs on the windows. They said someone would come out, but no one came from Window Nation, and I called them numerous times.
From start to finish everything was wonderful
I would not hesitate to recommend Window Nation to anyone. Great Group!
Work was done efficiently and well. They showed up on time with proper tools and windows, and everything was done in a timely manner.
The experience was great, David Catam & team were great installers!
Window Nation hasn't been very good at getting back with me on a repair.
The windows are amazing! However, there was a lot insinuating during the sales, installation, and inspection.
We had a good experience with the third party installers.
The salesman Joey C was awesome and I’m sorry I forgot the installers name they were wonderful and nice too
