I am dissatisfied with the windows. They tried to tell me what I ordered, and we know what we ordered. The salesperson messed up the order, but he’s not willing to take responsibility. We ordered a flip window, not a sliding.

Having the sliding door put in made a big difference in our way of life. There are no struggles to open and close it anymore. There door is great.

Started out really well. Wish I had gone to the showroom. Just to see all my options. I bought sight unseen. They are better than what I had and hope I will like them more with time. They look nice but not to sure about the quality. Time will tell.
