Started out really well. Wish I had gone to the showroom. Just to see all my options. I bought sight unseen. They are better than what I had and hope I will like them more with time. They look nice but not to sure about the quality. Time will tell.

We would recommend this company and their product; however, I would highly recommend a more hardline negotiation on pricing than We did. Other window companies have almost comparable products at somewhat less expensive costs.

Poor install & fit

Overall, it was great experience. We just with the installation had been a bit better. The finishing job was awful and the wooden framing on the windows is poor.

Would have liked if Tom had been more up front about pricing. He started at $42 thousand and ended at $14 thousand. In the end I was very happy with the price. And we love the windows.

The only reason I would not rate them a 5 is price and selection. I originally wanted black exterior and interior, but they could only do exterior. I know there are other companies that could do both.

I like the window quality and craftsmanship, however the installation crew members were not respective of my requests during installation. I was removing circuits/sensors for my home security alarm simultaneously during window installation- I requested crew members not to remove old frames until I was able to safely secure circuits, however on multiple occasions they pinched wires, installed windows prior to closing circuits which had to be removed to correctly close the sensor circuits. Also crew members took liberty with homeowner's resources without permission. Use of Master bath (my wife’s bathroom) without requesting permission, and on one instance caused damage (hose bib water leak) requiring me to purchase a repair kit, and the time (4 hours), to repair stop the leaking facet. The outdoor facet was covered to prevent easy access, which was removed to gain access by your crew members to access water. The homeowner MUST be on top of the work, and be observant of each crew member to ensure minimal adverse impact to homeowners.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. The job was rushed. I am missing two screens. The kitchen window was not installed correctly. I have caulking all over the window frames. The seal in the upstairs bedroom is nonexistent. The caulking on the outside is so sloppy it is dripping, and you can see fingerprints. When they removed my windows, they damaged the windowsills and had to add extra caulking. The manager on the job left because he had another job.

The windows cut the temperature inside my home. The windows are easy to lock, have safety stops, and open in for washing and look fabulous. I highly recommend these windows and the install team.

Several windows were smaller than the window opening. The sliding glass door was almost 7' tall, but a 6' sliding glass door was installed.Floyd had to add wood slats, then fill with foam.

This is our second time installing windows with window nation. Professional, quality, service, and worked with us on last slide door to have installed prior our vacation. Highly recommended.

Not sure I got what I paid for

One of our windows arrived cracked, which they still installed. The foreman didn’t bother to inform me. I noticed it and had to ask about it.

The windows are fabulous. We are very happy with the visual result.
