Windows look great when installed correctly. I had one window installed with broken glass. One is missing a screen and another has a .5” unsealed gap.
David n his Crew were very Knowledgeable and the work was Great too.
We did recommend you to a friend. Regretting that decision.
We are extremely pleased with everything about Window Nation, they were the best company I have ever worked with.
Brick around window frame cracked while removing old frame and one window screen torn.
My project was never finished. Was not passed for permit from the city. 3 windows are wrong and my 2 doors have no finished trim!! No help from management either.
Good pricing and the installers were excellent. Marvin was amazing!
I must say, my entire experience with Window Nation has been extremely pleasant and thorough and professional and just excellent! Plus, MY WINDOWS ARE GORGEOUS!!!!
Mike, my sales rep, was VERY informative! He explained all of the features so clearly that even I could understand it! He immediately answered every question I had! I was confident that these were REALLY GREAT windows! It was an EXCELLENT appointment! Thank you Mike!
The two man installation team was outstanding! Oh, I hope I get the names right-remember, I’m an old lady! Peter and Mike are the BEST!! (O gosh, was it Bruce or Steve or Scott or Shane?) I could tell Peter had a lot to experience. I was confident in his skill and precision! Mike, this is for you, this is the BEST, SMOOTHEST caulking I have EVER seen!! They were friendly, efficient and just WOW!! And they left my house really darn CLEAN!! Thank you guys a ton!
Writing that check hurt a little, but I know I got the BEST windows for the BEST price!
WOW, this all went so SMOOTHLY, and I am just VERY HAPPY! 5 STAR, THUMBS UP! EVERYONE, good job, well done, thank you!
And, of course, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Nation!
( I really hope I got the names right! If not, I am REALLY SORRY!)
Already showed some of my coworkers the job well done from window nation crew
There done, they still have a punch list to do. Small scratches and some cleaning to be done
They did a good job. Right now we are dealing with damaged screens. The guy that we were talking to does not work there anymore. So we had to reopen another claim.
In some extent I am not happy whit work
Most definitely will recommend and will use again
I would recommend Window Nation to anyone looking to get new windows.
They provided nice windows and service.
They were very thorough and clean up as they went along.
Installers were very knowledgeable and prompt with the work
Window Nation - Dallas, TX, was very efficient and quick in their work.
From the initial visit to the final clean up, everyone was nice, professional and knew what they were doing. What more can you ask for?
They broke one of the sprinkler heads in my yard. It is completely broken off, and I am a little upset about that.
From sales to install it was quick and seamless.I referred my neighbors and they have already begun the process for their window project.
On time, courteous
Once the installers did their job, we haven't heard back from anyone about the windows. it was an email about the service. Had to send emails to finish the job.
I am generally happy with the product and the end result. Some things went better than expected and some parts were more stressful than I anticipated. The windows look good and do a great job of keeping the heat out. I could immediately tell a huge difference. It's also much quieter in the house, so I sleep better. Window Nation was not as expensive as some other companies, but they weren't the cheapest either. There were a lot of factors that played into us choosing Window Nation, including their price, their lifetime warranty with fewer caveats than their competitors, their policy of replacing rotted wood when they install your windows, and the salesman thought that our blinds would fit in their windows. All of the other companies we looked at said that our current blinds wouldn't fit because the new windows would be so much thicker than our old single-pane windows from the 1950s.
What went better:
The windows came in several weeks earlier than what we were originally promised, which was great! The contract said that the project should start within 8-10 weeks, and it should be finished within 1-3 days of starting. They actually started with projected within 6 weeks, and finished in 2 days.
What went worse:
The contract was explained to me, but not actually shown to me, when I signed it. It's a digital contract, that you don't scroll through, but it has links you can click on for each subsection. They don't want you to spend all day reading their contract, so they just have you digitally sign a very short page with links as if you've read the contract. I didn't actually receive a copy of the contract until a week later, and by then I couldn't back out of it without a huge fee. More importantly, the contract contradicted some things that were explained to me. Specifically, it said that replacing wood rot was not included, and that there was no guarantee that our blinds would fit the new windows. When I got a copy of the contract, I texted my sales rep to confirm that the wood rot would be replaced, because that was one reason I had gone with this company instead of a much cheaper one, and he texted back that it would be.
However, the installation team didn't know anything about an agreement to replace the wood rot. In fact, initially they just installed the new windows on top of some very rotted wood. They also told me that my blinds wouldn't fit, which was a big problem for the bedrooms. They did fix it, but only after a lot of going back and forth about how it wasn't in my contract that they had to do that. Corporate didn't care about what the sales rep had told me, only what my contract said, despite the fact that I had a text message confirmation of the agreement, and I didn't get to view the contract until a week after I signed. My project manager ultimately took care of me regarding the blinds and the wood rot. They only replaced the wood on the worst window. I couldn't check all of them, because they had already capped many of them. For the unfinished windows, I went around and found a few other windows with squishy wood, and they cut that out as well, upon request.
Also, after everything was paid for I received an email with a five-year Window Nation warranty and a lifetime partial warranty from the manufacturer. These were different from the original Window Nation lifetime warranty that I was shown when we signed the agreement. I emailed back asking about the differences in the warranties several days ago, and I still haven't received a response. I also haven't heard anything about when they are going to come replace the window that came cracked. I asked in another email if whenever they come to replace the cracked window they could also clean some paint off of a different window that dripped onto it from the frame. I cleaned what I could reach, but without a ladder, the rest of the paint is too high. I sent both of those emails three days ago, and I haven't heard anything back.
Had all windows replaced. Price was competitive. Process from start to finish was very easy. Installers did a wonderful job.
What I went through with this company?
I am very happy with the new windows.
They did a great job. They were professional and efficient.
The ordering process went well, and the install process was good until o was told they needed to reorder one of my windows because it was broken. The problem is it is now almost a month and the reordered window still has not been installed, and the installation manager is responding to my text messages.
Over priced, but offer financing. i like the life time warranty so time will tell how you stand behind warranty.
I couldn't be happier with my new windows from Window Nation! I feel like the quality and service I received were well worth the price, and the installation crew was amazing. Highly Recommend!
I was very happy with my windows. I didn't have any problems. They were on time and did great quality work.
Professionalism from start to finish, I am a very happy customer!
Muy satisfecha y agradecida con el trabajo realizado en las ventanas de mi casa. Todo el personal de Window Nation muy amables, considerados y profesionales, extremadamente se los recomiendo.
It could've been better. No one came back to look at the specs on the windows. They said someone would come out, but no one came from Window Nation, and I called them numerous times.
From start to finish everything was wonderful
I would not hesitate to recommend Window Nation to anyone. Great Group!
Work was done efficiently and well. They showed up on time with proper tools and windows, and everything was done in a timely manner.
The experience was great, David Catam & team were great installers!
Window Nation hasn't been very good at getting back with me on a repair.
The windows are amazing! However, there was a lot insinuating during the sales, installation, and inspection.
We had a good experience with the third party installers.
The salesman Joey C was awesome and I’m sorry I forgot the installers name they were wonderful and nice too
I would recommend WN to a friend but share that the price is up there bc of the windows and work is guaranteed. All water damage that surfaced during installation will be addressed if the same problem returns. That’s nice to know.
Did a fast job getting window made
I would only recommend for an extremely small project where the customer can watch and monitor the proper installation from start to finish.
The whole process was great from the first contact with sales, up to and including the installation. Communication was always immediate and complete. I knew exactly what I was getting. I am thrilled with my new windows. The installation team did a terrific job. Everyone that I have dealt with at Window Nation has been very professional and has answered every question.
They were amazing. The crew that came out were great. They were professional and did an exceptional job.
Window Nation had wrong measurements on 4 out of 18 windows and doors in my order. After several weeks nobody retuned my calls and emails about my concerns. However, Window Nation told the Finance company that the installations were satisfactorily completed.
Other than long wait times, everything was good. The installers were courteous and professional.
