4 of my windows were installed with the wrong design. During the process of waiting for the new ones, I tried calling 3 times and left an email for the manager to call back. No one responded.

Great experience with Window Nation. The sales person, Jim Doyle, was really nice and not pushy. He explained everything really well to me and let me make my own decision about what I wanted. The measuring person was really nice and very quick. The installation guys were great. So nice, so quick, so professional. They did a beautiful job and I am very happy with the outcome.

The installation went smoothly considering that the crew of 3 were removing twelve 125-year-old windows and replacing them all in the same day. Excellent work. And the after installation follow-up by the customer service staff has been great. I've already recommended WindowNation to one sister and will tell anyone else I know who needs windows to consider WindowNation.

The Installation crew was extremely clean, professional and considerate of our home and property.

We had our front 4 windows replaced. Window Nation's team was skilled and professional, paying a lot of attention to detail. The installation team worked quickly but took care when working in our house. We also are impressed with Window Nation systems - we received a call within three minutes of when we submitted an inquiry online. Our WN sales person, David Pawson, explained how the measuring and installation process would proceed, and that's exactly how it happened. There were no surprises. We are happy with our windows and their installation.

I found Window Nation to be very professional and prompt in their service. I like the product so far. I look forward to it lasting a long time and providing the benefits the salesperson described when showing me the sample. The workforce was very efficient and did a very nice job at the installation.
