Window Nation did not give me an itemized receipt for the windows. It was supposed to be buy two, get one free... It was full price and I find that deceiving. I called the company and asked for an invoice. They never responded and I never got an invoice.

I would recommend Window Nation because everything was done professionally and with no problems.

They took down my window blinds and did not tell me they would not put them back up. It is costing me money and I am not happy about that.

They were professional in terms of completing everything, except with putting back the applications. I am trying to let them know the blinds are falling apart, and they have to come and fix it.

Windows are good quality and easy to clean. Price was good. Windows arrived quickly and were installed carefully.

Window Nation did great work on installing. But promises they made during sales pitch not accurate. Not professional installation team. Didn’t wear any Window Nation shirts. Spoke broken English. Scratched my vehicle during installation.

High pressure sales tactics. I'm not sure if that's necessary, so I knocked on their door for that. They said the installers were interior employees; they definitely aren't the window manufacturer, although maybe technically they are interior employees, and the other thing was the salesman would be the only point of contact. That is definitely not true.

When I scheduled the appointment I was told to reserve an hour for the presentation which I did. The first salesman that came out was extremely pushy and was at my house for 2 & 1/2. The sales lady who emailed the next day was much better.

My brother referred me to Window Nation and I’m glad he did. Dealing with the Window Nation team was great from my initial appointment with sales representative James Kempton who thoroughly explained the details of the windows and financing to scheduling the measurements and installation. Whole process took about 6 weeks. The installation team was great. They showed up at 8:30am and were done shortly after 1pm which includes clean up. I would recommend Window Nation if you are considering new windows for your home.

efficient windows, there were some issues but they corrected the problems quickly. for example the screens were the wrong type. They replaced the screens. One of the sashs was cracked and they replaced that free of charge.

Window Nation was the only company that actually gave us a quote on new windows. We tried to get quotes from two other local companies and we never heard back from them. The price was higher than we were hoping for, but we really needed new windows and are happy with the product and the work that was done. One big thing that I wish was different - we would've liked to make a down payment on the project and then finance a smaller amount, but our salesman said that wasn't an option. This is annoying.

From the initial inquiry phone call to now, the entire experience has been phenomenal. Everyone has been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional each step of the way. I also feel like we got a great price with 8 great quality windows and 1 sliding patio door! During install, the crew was also very kind with my 3 year old wanting to ask questions and discover what was going on. We couldn't be happier with our windows and door! Fantastic job all around!

The overall experience was great! We needed 8 windows replaced, and we had those windows removed and new windows installed. The entire installation took 5 hours, from assessing which windows to start on, removing, replacing, and completing all the trim work. Everything that Jonathan, the sales rep explained, happened very smoothly from the measuring appointment through installation.

Overall I had an excellent experience with Window Nation. Scheduling an estimate was quick and easy. My salesperson, John Doran, was friendly, very informative, and arrived on time for our appointment. He walked me through the various options & I was kept informed as the windows were being made. Once the window were complete, I didn't have any issues scheduling installation. The team showed up on time and had all 9 windows installed in about 4 hours. There was minimal mess and they cleaned up before they left. The windows look great and I no longer feel a draft coming through any window. I'm pleased with the end result and would recommend the company to anyone looking to replace their windows.

There were too many people involved in the process. They weren't communicating with each other. There were different companies for each step. I guess they outsourced, but they weren't coordinated with each other.
