Window Nation did not use drop cloths. They left caulking on my trim and paint chippings. I also think the employees should wear a t-shirt that says Window Nation.
I have told several people about my experience. It was a good experience. It was cheaper than other companies, and we talked to a lot of companies. They did a good job.
We had a horrible experience, so WN wouldn’t be the first company I recommended.
I don't feel the sales presentation about uv light and heat was accurate with what I recieved. But the price was right.
Very helpful. Professional and patient. Appreciate the prompt work
Great work. Fast and consistent. I would recommend this company for windows.
Everyone involved has helpful and kind. The installers were efficient, clean and thorough.
We are 100% happy with the windows! And have already recommended you to others.
Excellent quality for the price, easy ordering process, and financing.
We have problems with the window and screens submitted everything they asked for and have not responded according to their own time frame. Nothing we can find has phone numbers to call. Have to look them up.
Our experience was pleasant and positive from start to finish. Our sales rep, Ryan Quinnell was forthright and a pleasure to work with. The installation went great. And the window's function and quality is fantastic. We’re very happy to have gone with WN!!
I will recommend Window Nation with anyone who is interested in new windows and doors
Window nation was great to work with!
Our salesperson Dexter went above and beyond explaining things to us. He was always available to answer my questions and help along the way.
From measuring to installation every employee was friendly and professional. I would recommend window nation to anyone looking to have window replaced! Don’t look any further! This is the company for you. Thank you, Dexter and all the staff that worked on our project. Bravo!
Beautiful design fit my home, exactly Would recommend everybody
Window Nation did everything they said they would do. They showed up on time, killed it, and did an amazing job!
They did a great job from start to finish.
Highest quality windows and doors, crews showed up when stated, cleaned up thoughly when completed.
The whole process went smoothly.
The salesman was really good and pointed out some interesting facts about other companies and their cost and all of that.
Great value! The installation was smooth, seamless, and they did a really great job!
I don't think I would recommend you to a friend. I didn't have a pleasant experience, and I don't have much confidence that another installation would be any different. The garden gnome was cute, but hardly made up for such a sloppy installation.
The windows are good, but the installation was poor.
Follow-up on issues relating to bad caulking, potential seal problems and lock of safety catches is non-existent. Steve came a week ago to collect the check, promised the follow up and hasn’t been heard from since. I had to remove caulking on 5 windows and redo wallboard that installers had inadvertently cut, re-mud, prime, paint and recaulk. Also had to repaint all exterior trim where paint was cut off.
The window itself is great. It was a big project of replacing an old bow window. I was told it was going to be a 'like for like' exchange, which is what I expected, with a little bit of difference, which we agreed on. When they put the window in, they had to make it work in my space, and I'm not sure if it was mis-measured, but it wasn't a 'like for like' exchange. That's what I'm trying to accept.
The whole process was quick and easy. Every one of the employees we encountered was very nice and knowledgeable about the windows. They all came and went quickly, our windows even arrived weeks earlier than anticipated. Very happy with Window Nation and we will refer them in the future.
We are happy wit the replacement wi does so far.
The process was very easy, and the sales staff was there for me from the beginning of the project through the end of the project. Window Nation's customer service has been top-notch! I was very happy with the quality of service I received and feel that I got what I paid for.
prompt , courteous, and great design for our home.
I am very likely to recommend Window Nation. They did a great job.
Window Nation did a great job for a fair price.
If they fix my broken window in a timely manner I would. The windows are nice looking except the broken one
Fast delivery on windows and install team was awesome
The windows are really nice.
Excellent!
The initial consult visit with the sales consultant was good. We decided to enter into a contract. After signing, I seen on TV advertisements about buy 1 get 1 free. I inquired with customer service about having this offer applied to my window deal and was told no it was not an active advertisement and could no longer be applied. The advertisement is still happening today and when asked about it again, was told they would look into it. The windows have been installed and the buy one get one free option has never been applied. Their “business goal” of matching anyone is false as they can’t even honor their own offers. For this I would not refer them to anyone for they lack in integrity. Once you purchase they don’t seem to care about you as a customer.
Price
Used a bit of a bait and switch on me. Was not offered or given the promotional pricing and financing as advertised.
They did a very good job.
Brad and his crew Chris,Q,and David was awesome very polite, nice and i was amazed at how much they cleaned up
It a bit of a hit or miss. One of the windows doesn’t fit the frame correctly. Another the frame seems to be crooked, we can’t vent the back door and it is hard to open. We aren’t mad but aren’t exactly happy either
The sales person was very kind and courteous, but she did not communicate clearly that she was selling me white windows due to the price point and my budget when I had stated that I wanted black windows.
The installers were about to leave, but luckily had me inspect their work and the two upper Windows looked absolutely terrible, worse than the windows they had replaced. They claimed that this was because they had trouble retrofitting the new windows into the frames due to whomever installed the last windows work.
They spent a significant amount of time asking me what I wanted to do about it, this being in the middle of my work day and when I was highly distracted and I am not a window installation expert. I finally told them I just wanted it to look nice and like I had new windows. Then, they asked me if I wanted them to move my shutters in more to cover up all the botched looking work. So I said yes. However, when they installed the shutters, they did not install them to be aligned. So, I have one shutter that is higher than the rest. When I contacted the installer to let him know, he had a rude attitude with me and never did anything about it. I received what appeared to be an automated message from a project manager/bot asking if I was satisfied with the service. I replied that I was not satisfied and let them know why, and I got an automated message telling me to contact customer support but not giving me any email address, chat link, or phone number for which I could contact customer support.
There was a delay in project completion due to miscommunication between window nation and the installers. Overall I am happy with Window nation and consider this as growing pain. I believe going forward this issue will be resolved.
Terrible installation. Unprofessional crew
Windows were not measured correctly...little small
The prices are awesome. The installers and salespeople are wonderful, easy to work with, and very thorough. I'm very happy with the service.
They were very professional, and scheduling the estimate and installation was easy and painless.
Was supposed to rake 4 hours, took 4 days and the work was denied as installed correctly by the city inspector
The windows are nice and the installers did a great job. The sales process was what we had an issue with. We were promised that the windows would be built in Denver and were told that this was important due to the elevation difference between the Midwest and the install elevation. The learned after the windows were ordered and paid for that they were built in the Midwest. We were promised an install date of June 1st and the windows were finally installed in mid August.
Pushy sales person who raised their voice at me, and an insistent scheduler who made me feel very uncomfortable.
I am grateful for the services they provided, and their willingness to give me a better quote.
