From the beginning of the estimate to measurement to installation everything went smoothly. Very courteous and professional.

When they put my windows in, there were 2 people. The person in charge did a good job. The other person was kind of struggling, but he did what he could do. I had to call Window Nation back because there were certain things that had to be corrected. The screen had a hole in it. They took the blinds down, and I couldn't get them back up. I had a water damage project completed before Window Nation came out. Window Nation kind of messed up where that work was completed. They cracked the spackling or something on the inside. I have reservations about that. They had to fix the locks on the windows. One window wouldn't open. They had to come back and fix that. I had to move all the furniture twice because they had to come back for these issues, and that was irritating. It is hard doing that. I asked them to check all my windows. They sent another person out to correct everything. Everything is fine now, but I didn't like that I had to find the issues that were not correct before they left out. I had a sensor on my window on window in my bedroom, and I can't find it. I am wondering if it was stuck to the old window and got taken away. The windows look nice, but the issues should not have had to be addressed. The lead installer didn't tell me how they function or work. The Vytex employee came and completed and corrected the issues. I am fine with that. I have referred two friends to them, but I said I wouldn't do that anymore because of my experience.

I am very happy with their service from the beginning through the end. Professional and helpful. The windows that we had were very old and is incredible how different the house looks now.

I would not recommend window nation

I am happy with the service, and it was smooth. I reached out to the sales representative, who helped with my initial order. I contacted him again a little over a year ago when I ordered ten windows and sent him a text to let him know I needed five more windows, and he was great. I thought it was a seamless process. There was no hassle and not a lot of contact, which is what I like. Most of the process is done through text. I received my documents and scanned them to send them back.

The window is beautiful. The workman were excellent. And their workmanship was perfect. We are very happy with our window. Thank you.

The rep did not order me the correct windows. The agreement was that I would get the same quality windows that I purchased prior to this set of windows. When I tried to call him, he never returned my calls. I emailed him and he didn’t respond to my email. I had to call customer service several times before someone, in authority, to handle my issue.

I was perfectly satisfied with the three gentlemen who installed the windows. They were respectful, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I wasn't happy that I had two windows that slid left to right instead of up and down. They were all supposed to have half screens. Out of the two that slide left to right, one has a half-screen and the other has a full screen. When I called to speak about it, the woman I talked with said they would make it right because we still have two more windows to be installed. Another woman called back and said they couldn't install a half-screen. Which makes no sense because the other is a half-screen. The one that is a full screen is my kitchen window and I can't slide the screen out of the way to see out of the window.

Original sales person who wrote the quote was professional, knowledgeable, very informative. He apparently was separated from WN 2 days later and I got some other person who I never met.

I was so pleased in my window install I highly recommend it to a neighbor and relative.

The sales rep misrepresented/understated how much dust would be created by replacing the windows. He stated there would be a partition put up to keep the dust from blowing everywhere, which wasn't done. The installers just put up a drop cloth under the windows. The installers swept off the debris that was on my deck, which was a plus. The problem was my deck overlooks my driveway, so all the debris (including nails) fell on my driveway. I have to go out back and sweep up and physically remove nails that were on my driveway. It was a great price to replace all of my windows, as long as you know up front there's going to be some clean up at the end of the project.

Overall the experience was ok. Communication could have been better in multiple areas but ultimately, we are happy with the installed products.

In 2023 we had our front windows installed by Window Nation and I gave that installation team an A+. Great experience. This year we had Window Nation install our back windows and this installation was a disappointment. There was a hole in one of the screens and the person who was in charge of the job told us he would put in an order for a new one. This was not done and I had to follow up. Still waiting resolution. There was a piece of wood left on the ground with a nail sticking up. The outdoor siding by the kitchen window was messed up with caulking. I had to call twice to request a copy of our paid in full bill and the warranty.

After conducting an exhaustive search of available contractors, I found Window Nation to have the best price, high quality, and tradition of strong customer support.
