Windows Nation was professional and knowledgeable about their product. The house almost immediately started to warm up after the new window installation.

The main reason I am disappointed is because of the windows. The ones they put in are a lot smaller than what was taken out. I am not happy with the product. The service, and time frame I am happy with. I didn't know it was smaller until I tried to put the fan back in the bedroom window and it no longer fits. For the amount of money I paid, I was extremely dissatisfied with that. The windows are drafty as well. I am just not happy with the product at all.

I'm satisfied with the windows, and they keep the cold air out, which is what I was hoping they were going to do. If I need any more windows, I will call Window Nation.

I had 5 windows installed and they all had drafts. When I contacted customer service, they said they would send a person out to check the windows. After reviewing the windows it was determined that they were not installed correctly. Now the installer that installed the windows needs to come back out to fix the issues. After he makes the adjustments, I would like a quality control person to re-review how the adjustments are made.

Salesman lies about warranty and installers, installers are sub-contractors not true window nation employees, Don't tell customers that the installers don't mind working on a Saturday when you can hear them bitching about it outside when doing there dam job.

The salesman could have been a lot better. There was a lot of miscommunication between the salesman to when they windows were installed. He said he would stop by and never showed up. He said he would answer calls and that was a lie. Typical salesman, he lied to get the sale and disappeared.

Very happy with our windows. Installation men were very polite and professional.

Just know that you will receive lots of texts and emails from them.

I clicked an ad on Facebook. I had an estimate rather quickly. Price beat most others. You can not go wrong with this company. We had 9 windows and a sliding door replaced.

we completed part of our windows in the spring and just did the rest, my one complaint will be that when it came to scheduling the second half of the windows, I was originally promised the same pricing for part two, and I had to renegotiate that price despite that being in the original contract. That to me is unacceptable but your product is good so I went forward.

Cleaning was not great as I had to vacuum all rooms, found cardboard from new windows left behind and a nail in my bathtub. I also discovered the next day that all screens were put in upside down. It makes me question how good the window installation is.
