The salesman could have been a lot better. There was a lot of miscommunication between the salesman to when they windows were installed. He said he would stop by and never showed up. He said he would answer calls and that was a lie. Typical salesman, he lied to get the sale and disappeared.

Very happy with our windows. Installation men were very polite and professional.

Just know that you will receive lots of texts and emails from them.

I clicked an ad on Facebook. I had an estimate rather quickly. Price beat most others. You can not go wrong with this company. We had 9 windows and a sliding door replaced.

we completed part of our windows in the spring and just did the rest, my one complaint will be that when it came to scheduling the second half of the windows, I was originally promised the same pricing for part two, and I had to renegotiate that price despite that being in the original contract. That to me is unacceptable but your product is good so I went forward.

Cleaning was not great as I had to vacuum all rooms, found cardboard from new windows left behind and a nail in my bathtub. I also discovered the next day that all screens were put in upside down. It makes me question how good the window installation is.

The whole WN team was great from start to finish. Knowledgeable, respectful, and skilled all around.

Overall experience from start to finish was fine. Scheduling and communication was great. Install team was a little unprofessional. Trash was left at our house. No walkthrough once the project was completed. Just communication of the two broken parts of the job that couldn’t be completed because of faulty parts. We are left with a broken sliding glass door handle for over a month (estimated).

I had 4 windows installed on July 3, 2024 . The installer didn't have me look at the bedroom window , which one of the screens has a hole in it . I have contacted them 3 times , and no one has gotten back to me. The screen is still not replaced .

Window Nation in general.is overpiced and all about how much money they can make. I never got a price per window, just an overall price. I had a $500 discount card from my previous project that the would not accept toward this project.

I have apartment buildings, and I ordered 19 windows. They did all the outside trim and all the window sills, too. Window Nation did a spectacular job.

My instillation date was changed three times by Window Nation. When the storm door was installed it was such a disaster. Large gaps around the entire frame, allowing outside air to enter and exposed screws. Either measured incorrectly or installed incorrectly. Contacted Customer Service twice and this is the first communication I have received from window nation. My sales rep replied immediately and apologized
