The process from sale to installation was relatively straight forward. We did have a miss-understanding with respect to two picture windows that were replaced as we originally believed we would be able to keep the existing windows and only replace the exterior panes. Unfortunately, we also had 3 windows arrive for installation which were the wrong size which led to a delay in completion of the job and the need to replace the original windows which had already been removed. The install team did a great job keeping the inside clean, but we have found many screws and nails around the exterior of the house. All in all, the windows are a dramatic improvement over the old windows and have made the winter much more comfortable in our home. The windows themselves seem to be solid, but there is a difference in finish quality around the corners, with some windows having rather sharp edges. We also had to re-order three screens due to holes created during install - not a big deal, but somehow the first time they were re-made they were the wrong size, which required another visit.

I ordered my windows in June from the experience of the sales lady Carolee messing up on the order, all the way up to installation (12/6) why did it take 6 months to get the windows and install?? Then, my Condo association requires new installation windows and I signed a waiver for one room (dining room to be replacement) but the other windows were not done new construction and I know this after watching the sliding glass door be installed as they did do new construction there but for the bedrooms, they shaved the new construction windows down to fit as replacement windows. I am also getting draft in windows and shouldn't since these were just installed.

Lost glass are after salesman said i would not. Installers did not come for 1st date.. 2nd date only 1 person showed up. Tarp only used 3 feet by window but saw flakes flew 8 feet away. Windows were not cleaned after handling and caucking. House was in disarray for install for a week.

From our very first email, we were treated very well and the staff of Window Nation tended to our every need, heard our requests and deliver. The process was more speedy than we expected too. It made us happy that our first contact was on October 25 and by November 25, our windows were being installed in our home.

From scheduling our initial consultation until the completion of the job, each member of the Window Nation team was professional, knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Each step of the process was explained thoroughly. Window Nation was easy to work with when scheduling our appointments and the workers showed up on time and ready to work. They were respectful of our living space and kept the project contained to the spaces. The installers did a great job of cleaning up and leaving our space as if they weren't there. I highly recommend working with Window Nations for any needs you may have.

The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently.

I am happy with the windows, and the installation was pretty good. However, we have a few problems that no one is answering me about. We have someone coming to remeasure the screen. The salesperson left out three windows in my estimate, so when the price came it was without those. I'm trying to talk to a sales manager, Dave, about adding the three windows. He said for me to call him back after the job was finished since the job was already measured. He supposedly was giving me a discounted price, but he hasn't returned my calls.

All aspects of the job were professionally executed.

High quality windows and installers

Although the workmanship was satisfactory, the carelessness of the workers was not. I had to go around the outside of the house and pick up screws, pieces of sheet metal and caulking tips and canasters. Additionally, when it came to vacuuming the rooms afterwards, there were spots with dried caulking stuck to the carpet in three rooms.

My windows were very old and WN helped me replace the 1st 10 windows at what I think was a fair price. The difference with the new windows is fantastic. Almost no road noise, able to open all windows for fresh air, probably large reduction in heating and cooling costs, and nice to have windows with no condensation. Wish I had done it lone ago. Better late then never.

I had an old four window casement living room window replaced with a new similar style fully updated mulled assembly. Total job including metal trim took about four hours. The crew of two men were maticulos in there work, indoors and put. They were friendly, conscientious and very competent. I couldn't be more satisfied.

We paid in full and now it’s two weeks later and the job has not been completed.

I already recommended window nation to my brother and I will recommend you guys to anyone else interested in window replacement.

Middle of the road windows for a premium price. Outdated sales tactic and the company's idea of giving back to the customer is to sign them up for a scam. At the end of the day I easily paid $2000 too much for the product I wanted. I don't have any "buyers remorse" I wanted windows, I'm happy I have them, but I really, really wish I went with someone, anyone, else.

Window Nation did not provide the installer with the correct outside trim. The color we ordered was different than what was installed. Unfortunately we cannot change it now. The window manufacturer’s quality control did not notice the amount of glue type material that was on every pane of glass. Removing it was a time consuming process because every pane needed to be removed from the frames and cleaned on both sides. We ordered full screens for 4 of the 5 windows. The installer came with some 1/2 screens that were not the correct color. We are now waiting up to 3 added weeks for the correct screens.

Don't have any family members or friends that are planning to Renovate at this time.

I've had them out here twice for 2 different things. They were both really nice. They did a nice job. I'm really pleased.

Priced right excellent service

Part of the project wasn't done according to the contract, and when I called the company to discuss this, I spoke to someone who said that the person to talk to was out of the office, and that she will call me back. That was two weeks ago.
On top of that, during the first initial consultation, my wife asked if the windows will be easy to open for her, she is a little short, and we were assured that they would be. However, the window is very difficult for her to open and close. I emailed the person who emailed me about my experience, and explained the situation, and I have been waiting for a response (7 days now)

This company was a delight to work with and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. New windows are awesome.

My delivery date got pushed 2 weeks, a window was delivered and installed broken. 4 of 5 screens were not delivered at install, as well as the cranks to open the windows. 1 of the windows will not open. They came twice already, and my new window is still not installed. The installers accidentally broke a light fixture, and damaged a wall in my bathroom leaving me to find it later. And on trip number 2, the agent just looked at it and shrugged

I couldn't believe how good they made the windows look from the outside, compared to the very old windows I had.

I've received complaints from my HOA that the exterior trim does not meet requirements. I was assured by Window Nation before signing for this project that they would coordinate requirements with the HOA to avoid this issue and issues like it.

I've sent multiple emails to Window Nation seeking amelioration, and they have not responded beyond an automated email. Each time I get an automated response telling me to wait up to 48 hours for a response, but it has been over a week without hearing from them.

The process was easy. All the people involved in my project were very professional and had high social skills.
