In the Indianapolis area we were able to get windows made for my opening, and I had full frame openings done on my house. In the end, I had the perect window going all the way out to the brick on my house. I was very pleased with the end look of my windows.

The work was done satisfactorily, but it was not completed, and I have been waiting three weeks for them to come back and finish what they did not do. I am frustrated that it is taking this long and no one has shown up yet. The installation was done well, but they did not do the trim.

Crew and staff very nice

They don’t do anything to resolve your problem or complaint in a timely manner or contact you after the job is done except my sales rep called and asked how it was going and said he would get I. Contact with someone to call. They haven’t called.

I would recommend Window Nation to anyone wanting new windows. The only downside is their prices. Could go a little easier on the elderly.

Good quality and fast service

Installation process was a disaster. First install team installed windows wrong on 7/26/24, that team no longer works for WN. As of 9/14/24, job still not completed. Waiting on new window frames to arrive to finish the install. That will not occur until sometime in October 2024. I am tired of removing and re-installing blinds in these windows multiple times and moving furniture. I have had to schedule being home from work multiple times for WN appointments/install attempts. Also still waiting on kitchen window screen.

Charlie White was very informative of his product and very accommodating to my needs.

They are quality windows and the installation guys were very precise and efficient.

Our door came with no rollers. It was made for our home and came with no rollers and the wrong handle. It didn't have the safety bar.

Overall a very good experience this far. The price was competitive and the install crew did a great job. We did have one delay on the window delivery but it was communicated and wasn’t a significant delay.

5 of 8 double hung windows had to have ballast replaced immediately one of the slider screens was damaged in installation took month to get it ! Still doesn’t fit right.

Very nice people

Last year I had 9 windows plus 1 eye brow window and from start to finish, whether it was sales, technicians, installers, support staff, Window Nation was 5 star across the board plus the product and value was confirmation. This year I had 4 double hung and 1 eyebrow window and seemed like the process was an afterthought. While everything is finished I had two different installers, two different times for measurements and two different dates for installation. This year was a lesson learned.

The crew was very good. Worked quickly, answered our questions and was finished in one day.

Easy process. Quick turn around. Great experience.
