Process was smooth. Communication was clear. However, missing parts for our windows and have been waiting for them to come back to correct. When I called for a follow up, the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Communication with a person between the sale and install was lacking. The unknown about weather affecting install was scary as no one had answers to if it was going to be canceled or not. Our screen door was built incorrectly but was handled professionally with solutions.

The sales "pitch" was a little repetitious, but I understand her training probably emphasizes the importance to being detailed, informative and persistent.
