Windows were completed on time and the team worked with our budget to find a solution.

The installation team was great. They got done with the installation process so efficiently, I was amazed.

Process was smooth. Communication was clear. However, missing parts for our windows and have been waiting for them to come back to correct. When I called for a follow up, the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Communication with a person between the sale and install was lacking. The unknown about weather affecting install was scary as no one had answers to if it was going to be canceled or not. Our screen door was built incorrectly but was handled professionally with solutions.

The sales "pitch" was a little repetitious, but I understand her training probably emphasizes the importance to being detailed, informative and persistent. We had done a little price shopping and got a strong recommendation from a trusted friend that this is a good product competitively priced.

I was not familiar with Window Nation before and connected with them at a Home Show. The salesperson was knowledgeable and was able to give us a good price on the sliding glass door we ordered. The measure technician did his job quickly and gave us more information as to what to expect and how to prepare for installation. There was a little confusion regarding when the installers would arrive, but it wasn't a problem. The installers were professional, pleasant, and informative, and installation went well. We are happy with the door and how well the process went.

I don’t have the windows that were offered to me. I feel air, we were told that our windows would not allow air in or heat loss.

The whole process was positive from the sales rep to the installation. I was especially pleased with the color match on the four large windows in my living room and was very pleased with the installation of all 11 windows. The installers were respectful of my property, inside and out, communicated well and cleaned up so well that there was nothing for me to clean up after they were gone. This was a very positive experience.
