May or may not recommend the actual consult took way too long and having to go back and forth on pricing instead of just telling me what the windows cost. Price started out really high and ended up 4 hrs later with a price that was exceptable. I didn’t care for the back and forth. Kirsten was great but I felt like I was buying a used car. I know she was doing her job but there shouldn’t be so much room in pricing

The sales part of the process feels ambiguous, kind of like used car sales.

Love the windows

Window Nation did a fantastic job from start to finish. They kept me informed pre-installation and installers were very polite and did a great job. The end project was way better than I ever imagined and completely transformed the look of my home, inside and out. I wish I had done it many years ago. I thought replacing the original windows would detract from the looks of our 1950's home but it actually made it looks better without taking away any charm. The functionality is terrific. To be able to clean my own windows and save on hiring professionals will pay for the windows in just a few years. I'm one happy customer.

The quality of service was great from the salesperson to installation. The person who installed the windows was excellent, he walked me through the entire process. They were great. Window Nation runs great sales and they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for with the quality of service and products, which are great.

I absolutely loved going with Window Nation. I had a great experience with them, and I am planning on looking into Window Nation services in the future for other projects around the house. I only have one complaint, and it's not big. Window Nation has been fabulous, but one of the windows they installed had an issue with the hardware. Another part had to be ordered, which took another 2–3 weeks of wait time. It was not a big deal. It was ordered, and they came out to install it, but it was the wrong part again. They have come about 3 times, and we are still in the waiting process to have it fixed. It is difficult with our schedules to keep having someone have to come to the house. It's not that big of a deal, but it is kind of annoying.

The process from the initial meeting until the instillation was easy

I was told by the salesman that they would do a lot of things they didn't do. I had a couple of messed up window seals. Furthermore, I asked them if they would repair those, they said only if they are rotten. Every other company included the price of replacing the seals. They also took the blinds down and didn't put them back up. I noticed the two strips that hide the hardware of the glass were laying there on the ledge. I had storm windows before. They said their windows are rated so great, I didn't really need storm windows.
