If they nailed the entire job, it would be a 5-star rating, but I have an outstanding item that it is not installed correctly. It has almost been two weeks to identify the issue, and they can't fix it right away. In the meantime, it doesn't close properly.

Window Nation was on time, and the workers were very professional. They left my property in the same condition they found it. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the service.

The process was total perfection from beginning to finish.

Overall, very pleased with our experience with Window Nation and would use them in the future if we need to replace more windows.

Workers showed up without sills and Told me they did not need to be replaced because my existing sills were still in good shape, I asked to speak with someone about the bill due to the sills being included on the purchase agreement. I never received a call and the workers continued to work, I ended up contacting the call center due to the workers continuing to install the windows on top of the existing sills. I then received a call back and the workers were advised to run to Home Depot to pick up materials that they did not show up with. I was told there was a computer glitch and the sills were not on the work order. After reviewing my agreement the sills were clearly stated on the order. The windows has to be taken back out so the sills could be installed. After only replacing 5 of the 9 sills the worker told me he did not have any more sills and was going to put the old sills back on, I advised that is not what I paid for, he then walked away without saying a word and left, I’m assuming he ran back to Home Depot. I was told the job would take 2-3 hours from the salesmen. The workers were on site 10 hours Im cold temperature with my home reaching 48 inside by 6pm. Needless to say it took my home a long time to get back up to temperature when they left.

The service coordination was poor, and getting in contact with a representative wasn't good either.

Window Nation was patient with our questions and desires to get just what we wanted. Also the two gentlemen who installed our windows (George and George) were professional, tidy, and did a wonderful job!

This experience was fantastic. Across the board, everyone was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very helpful. The job was done on time and quickly. It took the crew about 6 hours to do 8 windows, including a beautiful bay window replacement.

TBA at a later date, windows just installed for a for weeks, so far so good, they look great!! For the lack of trust, I would make sure my friends don't use Sam Swann, doesn't seem to know how install works, using ladders or scaffolding, they charged us for scaffolding, they used ladders only. No refund for initial scaffolding, no follow up while install was taking place, Sam missed perfect opportunity for in the field training, what's needed to to the job.

We are very happy with our Window Nation project. Sales, communications, measurements, installation, and clean up were all Great! Everyone was very nice and professional and did a Great Job. We highly recommend Window Nation, and we will use them if we have a future project.

Window Nation was recommended to me by a friend. Once I filled out the form online, the call back was almost immediate and the rest of the process was speedy.

There is no Communication and honesty! No Follow through of info promised. No Info on how installation would affect window sills and shades. No communication from installation day and there after. No info on energy efficiency for tax credit and NO info on trip that was promised. Terry (salesperson) wanted to tell me more about what other companies would and would not do vs sticking to what he knew about WN. He didn’t tell me installation would be from the inside thereby eliminating my window sill & frame and making my old shades unable to fit…on all 14 windows! He promised a folder of tax info for tax credit upon completion as well as trip info that we were entitled too. I’ve received nothing after two weeks and over $10K!

Had 21 windows replaced all the same day. Windows were put in after only waiting a few weeks. Cost was lower than the other company's in the area and the quality is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Overall I had a great experience across the board. The recommendations were spot on. They seemed to understand the needs and budget limitations. They looked at my area and understood right away what would make the most sense, and be the most economical for me. The whole process was so easy and the prices were attractive and competitive.

The work that was performed by the two gentlemen that did the installation was amazing they showed me what the window look like before they put it in they showed me to work that they did around the windows they did a beautiful job the only problem I had with window nation is I had some questions about things that happened like tape on the walls and some of my trim had come loose at the ceiling and I tried several times to get in contact with someone and no one ever returned my calls but as far as the work from window nation and the people that put the windows in they were amazing very kind very respectful.

They arrived on time. Did a professional job installing my windows and they look absolutely amazing.

The sales guy, Blaine was excellent. I had no issues with him. He was very thorough in his presentation and did not cut any corners in regard to giving accurate information. The installers came out as scheduled. I was told the project would only take a day, and they were on point with everything. They did not leave any messes, they cleaned up everything, There was no structural damage to the inside or outside of my home. I only had one request after they finished, and they got right on it and addressed it quickly.

The windows look great, and the price was good too. Terry, the sales rep, was easy to work with. I should've replaced my windows sooner.

Still missing one window. The one installed was incorrect. It was stained/frosted glass which was incorrect.

Due to the number of windows I needed to replace, my project required two visits. When the installation crew arrived, we had some issues. The machine they used blew my circuit breaker and started smoking, which scared us quite a bit, but everything turned out fine.

Everything has been great so far with Window Nation and we are happy with our updated windows. I would recommend Window Nation to anyone considering or needing an upgrade.
