It took forever to get our windows installed Two incorrect orders were shipped, half white and half black.

I had window replacements and the final product looks like an installation, meaning that there is a huge frame around the window, not just a new window being put into my existing house frame. My row of windows has a dark brown frame and the new windows have a white frame so it looks hideous. I have a row of windows and only certain ones were replaced so the new ones stand out like a sore thumb. There must have been some type of miscommunication during either the sales presentation or the measuring session.

It’s been over a week & everyone is rushing to finish the paperwork for the job, but nobody is reaching out to me to get the trim work finished.

I have had Window Nation replace a patio door and 3 windows. I have been pleased with the process and people doing all the work.

They installed my window and it was cracked.

They ordered the wrong windows. My house is all torn up, no curtains, no shades, no nothing on my inside, waiting to hear back to see when the correct windows are going to be delivered.

From start to finish, Window Nation had excellent personnel and execution of the jobs in addition to having high-quality windows.

Overall had a great experience through out the entire process. The people we dealt with seemed genuine, down to earth and professional. And of course I loved the product and final result! The window is beautiful, made with high quality and for a reasonable prices. We will for sure be a return customer!!

The person that measured our windows did not get it right. We need all the trim work re-installed.

We still have some ongoing issues that we are waiting to have resolved.

The screens are not a tight fit with enough of a gap for insects to crawl through.

I wish I would have done more research prior to entering a contract with this company. Communication was difficult. This company offered fewer options compared to their competitors, which further impacted our overall satisfaction.

The job was done fast and the quality shows.

We are in disagreement on having finance company pay off balance as work was not completed and we never approved for the finance company to transfer money to you. Our front windows don’t match the other condos, we weren’t told all details..smaller window glass, limited repair cost, only 5 years. We had had terrible time connecting or talking to anyone prior to installlation as we requested to talk about moving finance portion to a finance company that offered 5 yrs. We still havent heard from them. Company is like they just wanted theminey and our options and concerns don’t mean anything.

we were fighting with them because job hasnt been compelte dyet windows put in, trim and sing ahsnt been put back up been having convos with them, now how to get ahole do fthemc, they put the windiws in, theyhavent replaced by some of siding and soffits , we just a get a vm they are hard to ge

I thought the people and process went smoothly. A couple minor problems required a 2nd visit but that also went well.

Pricing is great and the window quality is unquestionable. Noticed immediate improvement in outside sound levels and inside temp stability.

I love all the special features of these windows and the safety aspects. I wish I had these windows in my house rather than the ones I had put in. These are much better in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time!!

Sloppy caulking on windows and wraps, broken glass left behind and didn’t pass inspection. Paid top dollar for a poor to average experience…

We had a terrible buying experience with Window Nation for some replacement windows. We placed an order on April 22nd and they were finally installed on Oct 5th. They initially manufactured and partially installed the wrong windows. Then they stated that the windows that we ordered were no longer supplied by their supplier. Once they found a new supplier there were several delays. The communication from their headquarters was unprofessional. Although the installers did a great job, we would not recommend Window Nation.

It’s too early to tell but with our experience with the screen breaking the first time we tried to put it in the window, it has us questioning if what was demonstrated and shown to us by the sales rep are the actual products that were installed. Also, the warranty is not with window nation. So it’s very difficult and very expensive to have a screen replaced/shipped. They don’t tell you this; just that the warranty will cover these issues.

They did a great job. They showed up on time, and they did what they said they would. Everything was great.

The services provided have been great, walked me through the process from start to finish.

One set of windows in stalled were defective. The installers did not say what was wrong with the windows but parts would be ordered...

I think their customer service was terrible.

I’ve been patiently waiting for customer service to return my call regarding a stuck window. When I initially called, they assured me that I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. However, it has now been 5 days, and I still haven’t inspected the window.

From the initial appt with the salesperson to the final construction, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Top-notch, professional and knowledgeable, Window Nation completely understood my needs. Quality, beautiful windows and patio door!!

We had Window Nation come and replace 3 of our windows in our home. The process was really easy and pretty straightforward. Communication was consistent through the journey and the windows got installed 4 weeks ahead of what was predicted originally. We are really happy with how the windows are now and we can definitely tell a difference. The installers did a great job and you can’t even tell on the outside that the windows were replaced (in a good way!). Thank you for all your hard work and for giving us a better product than what we had before. It’s really nice being able to actually enjoy the windows instead of not being able to use them at all (due to warping, bowing, etc).
