Love the windows we received, the work was done fast and efficiently.
The installer where polite.
They haven’t come back to fix the install issue
Lifetime warranty
The installation team was fantastic
The people were professional, clean, and courteous. They did a good job with the installation. Overall, I'm satisfied with the process.
I have told others how good their service is.
The crew showed up on time and quickly went to work. They worked steadily and efficiently throughout the day. My windows looked very nice when all was completed. Before leaving they checked all the windows with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
The communication is difficult.
Fast and knew what they were doing and hoping to do the rest of house soon
Natalie has been great to work with to fix the issues that we have had, however, after install our door would not lock. Our lock plate was not lined up correctly. There is damage to our siding.
I’m upset about my front door, and there’s nothing I can do about it.
Huge communication problem with crew that did not understand English and struggled with phone transcription. Smoke detectors were installed and no instructions manuals were left behind for me to utilize.
Prompt and professional
Window installers did a good job, but it took to long to install, some of the windows do not slide smoothly, cleanup was not adequate.
Window Nation did a good job. They were thorough, fast, speedy, and courteous. However, I have another window to replace.
We had multiple windows installed. screens were missing and some screens were torn or punctured. the windows look so messy with glue residue and fingerprints on both the outside and inside. It will take me hours to go through each one to scrape / chip the glue off. For a 30k project, it just seems sloppy. I’ve reached out to a few people from WN and no one has responded or called me.
The whole experience was really good. It was great customer service. Window Nation - Minneapolis, MN kept us informed of every step going on, and it was really good.
The salesperson was not pushy. We didn't have to wait too long for our windows. About 6 to 8 weeks, the install team was very quick, clean and professional.
I was not happy with the crew that did the job. I am not happy with the cleaning that they did. They left a mess in the place where they worked.
The 2 hour sales pitch is a detractor, I just wanted a quick explanation of my choices and some time to get various quotes. The high pressure tactics push me away.
We’ve been replacing our windows a few at a time with Window Nation and we’ve been happy each time!
Was told I would get full Windows replacement. They never mentioned "Windows inserts".
Initial consultation was poor. Quoted a price after being told that they put their best price forward and use their own installers/contractors. We declined as it was pretty late in the evening and needed to get along with our night. Our 3yr old and newborn were getting fussy and he was taking a long time. He said he needed to make a call and stepped out. He came back and offered a better price. So much for best price put forward. Eventually agreed to use them based on using their own contractors. Long story short, the installers show up for 3 windows and a patio door, not WN contractors but gutter installers. They were a 3rd party general contractors contracted by WN. Not their own like we were told. They broke tile on our backsplash in the kitchen and never said anything about it, they just rested it in place didn't even attempt to make it look like it was fixed. They complained to each other that WN didn't supply them with the correct trim to put around the windows and door. We had 2 different types of trim at the consultation but specifically stated to the rep to only replace with the 1 specified type of trim because it was all transitioning to the 1 type. They showed up with 2 types. They left trash all over the place and nails and screws inside my kitchen sink and on our patio. I didn't see it at first because when they were done with the job it was dark out. They stepped all over my sons inflatable christmas dinosaur decoration outside and tore it. The trim that they said they would "make work" is 2 different types not the 1 we requested and agreed that would be installed. The patio door has to be shut pretty hard in order lock properly. Pretty poor quality for a brand new $2-$3k door or poor installation. I was supposed to talk to someone named Paul on the phone from WN before the installers left but it was late in the evening when they completed and Paul was likely gone for the day but they aid he would call us next day. He didn't. He didn't call on the following day either. The 3rd day after install I start receiving calls, texts and emails about not having paid for the job. I was waiting to speak to this Paul person to discuss the repairs needed and resolution. Jane in Ohio tells me that they're very concerned about having not been paid and that Natalie in Minneapolis is ready to start the "legal process" due to non payment because I hadn't answered their calls... They called at 9 or 10am on a weekday when most people are at work and we are on the 3rd day after the install day... I said I would pay once repairs were done and correct trim installed. I cleaned up the trash already but had taken pics for them. Spoke with Natalie and she had me send in the pics and detail everything that went wrong. No apology, not that she was the one who did the install but what a spectacular way to represent your company... proceeded to tell me that they can't do any warranty work until payment is made in full. Even though none of that is actual warranty work l. Against better judgement made the payment in full. Since then, no communication on their end and not even an apology. Another contractor came out and pointed out storm damage on other windows and said no way that those windows that were replaced didn't have similar storm damage and that we should've done a claim. WN measured and inspected the windows, not a peep on any of that and we paid out of pocket. So at this point, we've unfortunately been scammed by Window Nation.
I was totally pleased , I was disappointed when the pitcher window the main one Was measured incorrectly and I had to wait for it. It happens and I'm thoroughly happy with my new windows and the process the crew was fabulous Thank you
The whole process from estimate to installation was smooth. Jeff, the sales rep, didn't pressure me, give me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. The guy who did the measuring was fast and efficient. The installers were very professional. We noticed an immediate improvement in heat retention after the windows were installed.
I was happy with the price, the quality of the window, the expertise of the technicians.
It only took him a few days to change out all my windows, the change is fantastic!
Great windows
Take a bit longer than expect to start the process. But installation went well.
It was easy and a good experience.
The window people are efficient. The installers are good and professional in their duties.
I am very satisfied with the whole process of purchasing new windows/doors from Window Nation. From the sales consultation, to the measuring of the old windows, to the installation it was a seamless process. The quality of the windows are good and I am very happy that I chose Window Nation.
Window Nation did a phenomenal job
They did a really good job, and I'm very satisfied.
Filling out this form is very upsetting. I do not want to go through all of the issues I have had again. I have not had timely action on any of the concerns I have voiced, so far.
Initial consultation took way longer than expected. First day of install was disappointing but improved with change in install team.
Nice group of people and very knowledgeable, but I'm still waiting for project to be completed.
Guys that put the windows in knew what they were doing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous
It took forever to get our windows installed Two incorrect orders were shipped, half white and half black.
I had window replacements and the final product looks like an installation, meaning that there is a huge frame around the window, not just a new window being put into my existing house frame. My row of windows has a dark brown frame and the new windows have a white frame so it looks hideous. I have a row of windows and only certain ones were replaced so the new ones stand out like a sore thumb. There must have been some type of miscommunication during either the sales presentation or the measuring session.
It’s been over a week & everyone is rushing to finish the paperwork for the job, but nobody is reaching out to me to get the trim work finished.
I have had Window Nation replace a patio door and 3 windows. I have been pleased with the process and people doing all the work.
They installed my window and it was cracked.
Yes,I would highly recommend Window Nation to friends and family.
They ordered the wrong windows. My house is all torn up, no curtains, no shades, no nothing on my inside, waiting to hear back to see when the correct windows are going to be delivered.
From start to finish, Window Nation had excellent personnel and execution of the jobs in addition to having high-quality windows.
Overall had a great experience through out the entire process. The people we dealt with seemed genuine, down to earth and professional. And of course I loved the product and final result! The window is beautiful, made with high quality and for a reasonable prices. We will for sure be a return customer!!
I will recommend you guys when I hear of others that are looking for windows.
The person that measured our windows did not get it right. We need all the trim work re-installed.
