2 windows came in broken and then the wrong window was reordered so now I’m waiting for a 3rd install date. When I call they just take a message and no one has called back.

They were helpful, and knowledgeable, worked quickly, and did their jobs well.

Great window company! After the initial estimate, it only took about a month for our windows to be made which is fast considering as we did a replacement for the whole house. I'm very pleased with my window, insulation, and follow-up. I enjoyed it. I needed windows for years. I really enjoyed them. The installers did a nice job, even with the cleanup, they did awesome on that too. I had a great experience working with them. It was great. The installers were great. Everybody was great. I really liked the windows. I just got the window grade. I didn't get grids. I like how crisp and clear-looking the outside looks. It is like I'm looking at high definition. It's great. Also, I can't hear as much sound as I used to hear outside. It helps with sound. I needed windows for years. The seals were totally worn out. It is nice to sit next to the window and not feel elements coming in from outside.

Kent Miller was kind, knowledgeable and listened and answered every question we had. He worked with us to choose the right product and to get the best price. The measuring team came out within days and our windows were ordered. We were given a 6-8 week timeframe, but our windows were ready and install date was scheduled within five weeks. The install team, Junior and Brendel, were top notch. Very courteous and had the job done and cleaned up within 5 hours. Window Nation and their entire staff made this process as easy as possblie and we couldn’t be happier with our new windows. I strongly recommend them for your next project.
