Our salesman Kent Miller was not very knowledgeable and either lied to us in order to get a sale or needs more training. The management team very helpful and as of now has corrected our salesman’s failure. Install crew very nice but didn’t do a very good job cleaning up after themselves-left debris all over yard and took longer to install and wasn’t done correct the first time.

I was provided confidential quote, account, and financial info for this individual despite repeatedly being asked to be removed and that the email address is incorrect. I will be leaving 1 star reviews everywhere for this business, it is obviously incompetent.

They did a good job.

Great experience every step of the way. When the installers arrived they did everything agreed upon with the sales rep, were very efficient and careful with the items in my home, etc, they claned up well afterwards and did a great job!

Our sales rep, Roy Moser, was great throughout the process explaining the window functionality and helping us with a change to one of our windows and making sure we got the best deal and understood all of terms.

The scheduling team was great to work with and sent helpful reminders about prep for the install crew.

The installation crew was top notch in my opinion. Friendly, professional, fast, but with a keen attention to detail and making sure each window was installed correctly. They took the time to explain the functionality of the windows by demonstrating to us how they work. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done and walked through the house with us when they were finished to make sure we were happy. They waited a beat outside to double check that we didn’t have any further questions before leaving. Excellent service!

Interior quality of the install and finish of the windows is poor

The entire process was so simple. Kent was great at explaining everything about the product and giving me payment options. It took the gentleman no more than 10 minutes to take measurements for all the windows. Peter, the installer, was very efficient and courteous of my home. I’m very happy with the end results!

We already have recommended. I work at Lowes and tho i get a discount, I have no buyers remorse. I tell my customers about my experience with Windows Nation as an option to consider.

After replacing 26 windows, I’m concerned that I may have made the wrong decision. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome right now, but I’m concerned about long-term durability of the retrofit design and initial issues that I’ve encountered. Window Nation has followed up to address issues. So, they deserve credit for good customer service and the windows do look nice.

Fast and Quality workmanship

The old windows were ripped out with a crow bar damaging both the outside bricks and a window sill. One brick was knocked completely out and glued back in place with clear caulk. One window sash was broken during installation. Window Nation only wants to send someone out to assess the brick damage at a time that works for them and not the homeowner. I have left both phone messages and texts with no response. Would NEVER recommend

The estimate process was helpful and our salesperson was much more courteous than the salespeople from the many other quotes we received. Thankfully, our instillation went smoothly (even with some bad weather) and the installers were professional too. We are very happy with the product and our choice of Window Nation.

We told the installation crew we were not happy with the caulking. Installation manager scheduled a time to come speak to us, but he never showed up.

It was the most organized, efficient, and determined crew of people I've ever seen. Everything was done remarkably, and left absolutely no trace, like they've never been there. They told me everything that I needed to know, and they were just working, working, working until the job was done. It was fantastic. I enjoyed them being here.
