The entire process has been easy; I should have done this years sooner!

It would've been better if it wasn't for the poor customer service. I have been waiting since August to get a resolution on the windows and doors installed.

Everyone should try Window Nation. They are the best, everything was perfect.

Overall, a positive experience but the pricing was suspect. I was charged the same price for a 27 1/4 W X 70 H window as a 54 1/2 W X 82 3/4 H window. Clearly the cost was not the same but I wanted to keep the look of the windows that were being replaced.

I loved it. From the start of the installation to the end of it, from Chris working with us with the windows, reviewing everything, and going over everything with us to the installation process, everyone was so professional. It just looks amazing.

The doors and windows are nice. Of course they should be, because that is what I paid for. However, the ancillary items such as door handles and door screens are subpar. Not much explanation about these aspects. Also, all Window Nation personnel are very hands off after they receive your money. They do not even provide a real itemized invoice for you project/work order. This does not make you feel like you are a valued cash customer or that you even remotely got your money's worth.

Very conflicted feelings about this.
-rep spent 3 1/2 hours at our home.
-rep used "scroll past and sign" when reviewing the actual contract. This became an issue during installation when our custom blinds no longer fit properly and when alerted the reply was "sorry for the inconvenience." These items were several thousand dollars when purchased many years ago.
-window measurements were "close". Not sure what the variance factors are but not 1 window is set on center. We will talk about this in 13.

Window Nation assigned two teams to our project involving 30+ windows to complete the job by 5pm the same day. They arrived and immediately started window removal and install. They were remarkably focused on efficiency but were meticulous with caulk application, fitting, etc. They were respectful of our home and consciously minimized all debris.

Service was good, but I didn't like the sales tactic that they did. He gave me a really high price, and the price I ended up with was really a lot lower than that. I am not happy with them.

Don't work with these guys- if things don't go perfectly smoothly with your initial order they are HORRIBLE at problem-solving and their customer service is non-existent. We're pretty easy going people and this was our worst customer experience we've ever had at any company.

Hard sales tactics, long and drawn out sales pitch with a hard close. The only person that works directly for window nation is the sales man.

Everything went great with the project except for one window that has a problem closing. I received an email asking if everything was working okay and I let them know the issue we were having and heard nothing back. They then emailed from the same address asking for referrals and I explained that wouldn’t happen until I get the problem resolved. That is two emails and still no response….a phone call will be next.

We had a great experience with them. This was our second project that we used them for. We have one small reservation that needs to be fixed. We have one window with venting. The panel has a piece of metal with a logo stamped into it. That's facing the outside of my house. I have blue writing on the outside of my house. That's the problem. I won't be available on a regular basis to get that fixed for several months.

Window Nation provided us a good price on replacing our original basement windows and did a very professional job installing them. We are very pleased with our new windows.

We were kept well informed of our installation date. The installers were right on time and cleaned up their work area. We are very happy with our windows. Only had one issue. We had ordered full screens but received half screens, but they started working on the order right away to get it corrected and we are scheduled next week to have them installed. I would definitely recommend Window Nation. Very nice product at a reasonable price.

All the folks at Window Nation were pleasant, helpful, respectful and efficient to work with. The process was smooth and easy throughout and the cost was reasonable. Concerns were addressed quickly and without any hassle. The basement windows especially were excellent and have made a huge difference down there! I can greatly feel the insulation difference -- it's quieter, safer and a lot less cold when it's cold outside now. I'm very thankful for all this 😊

I admit I was looking for most expedient solution to my two window problems but in the end I paid over $2000 for installation of two windows. Way more than I expected. I will never go sole source again. Probably never use Window Nation again
