Hard sales tactics, long and drawn out sales pitch with a hard close. The only person that works directly for window nation is the sales man.

Everything went great with the project except for one window that has a problem closing. I received an email asking if everything was working okay and I let them know the issue we were having and heard nothing back. They then emailed from the same address asking for referrals and I explained that wouldn’t happen until I get the problem resolved. That is two emails and still no response….a phone call will be next.

We had a great experience with them. This was our second project that we used them for. We have one small reservation that needs to be fixed. We have one window with venting. The panel has a piece of metal with a logo stamped into it. That's facing the outside of my house. I have blue writing on the outside of my house. That's the problem. I won't be available on a regular basis to get that fixed for several months.

Window Nation provided us a good price on replacing our original basement windows and did a very professional job installing them. We are very pleased with our new windows.

We were kept well informed of our installation date. The installers were right on time and cleaned up their work area. We are very happy with our windows. Only had one issue. We had ordered full screens but received half screens, but they started working on the order right away to get it corrected and we are scheduled next week to have them installed. I would definitely recommend Window Nation. Very nice product at a reasonable price.

All the folks at Window Nation were pleasant, helpful, respectful and efficient to work with. The process was smooth and easy throughout and the cost was reasonable. Concerns were addressed quickly and without any hassle. The basement windows especially were excellent and have made a huge difference down there! I can greatly feel the insulation difference -- it's quieter, safer and a lot less cold when it's cold outside now. I'm very thankful for all this 😊

I admit I was looking for most expedient solution to my two window problems but in the end I paid over $2000 for installation of two windows. Way more than I expected. I will never go sole source again. Probably never use Window Nation again

The second this job had been turned over to the finance company, I could not get anyone to return my message about the fact that the job was never finished and that there is a defective piece in the front door.

To be honest the people who do installations are the best and well organized and timely and very clean.

Everything I was told would be done was done. The installers had to take down the blinds and reinstall after the new windows were in place. This was a huge help for me. All was completed with no damage whatsoever.

The entire process was seamless and a joy to work with! In today's climate where Customer Service is non-existent, Window Nation goes above and beyond to ensure the Customer is completely informed, satisfied, not to mention a quality sales team, install team and product!

This is the 10th project we've done with Window Nation. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The quality of the top of your line windows is not even sub par. Broken seals, frames not lining up. Gaps that let in air and light are just the beginning. The install labor is also a problem as several of my windows won't even latch to lock. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.

This is the first time I hired a window company to replace my old windows. I am very satisfied with Window Nation's work. The sales person, Tim Mason, was very nice, patient and professional. The installers were very efficient, too. They kept the working area nice and clean. I will definitely use Window Nation to replace my other windows in the future.

Window Nation is largely the sales arm of Vytex Windows. Vytex produces what appears to be a pretty good vinyl window, double pane, with argon filler. In my case Window Nation employees installed them; often Vytex employees do. The installation was pretty good, though there was no replacement of rotted frame as promised -- the installers basically cover what's there with new vinyl, making part of what they do purely cosmetic. We are waiting for one window adjustment to be made. The total price was reasonable.

They were efficient and they can come and work in my house anytime. If I needed help I would hire them to come and work for me. They were very good.
