Everything went smoothly from the initial contact through the install.

Not everything was done perfectly the first time, but they made every effort to correct their mistakes and to make sure I was happy in the end, and in the end we did have perfect results.

Their staff,Jason our sales representative, the gentleman who came to measure and Anthony, the installer, and his crew were very professional and happy to answer any questions that we had. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our window replacement process answering my very many questions as I was doing research on which window provider to go with. I ultimately decided on window nation after looking ant many different windows based on the quality of the windows and the price as well as warrenty offered. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive and did seem to have the best quality with a lifetime one time transferable warrenty which was the deciding factor for me. We even got a free cruise voucher for our purchase. Once we signed the contact the windows were manufactured and installed within 45 days. Install crew was great. Very friendly, courteous, and efficient and completed the install of 15 windows in 1 day. We could tell a difference within the first day as our furnace doesn't kick on nearly as much as before. All in all very happy with window nation and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in window replacement.

I had major problems with the job but Window Nation resolved it in the end. I can't give 5 stars because it was a rough project but the resolution takes it from a 1 to a 3.

So I’m a little mixed here. The finished product is beyond great surpassed expectations. But getting there was frustrating. The salesman comes and talks for two hours about god knows what. We buy. Closes the deal with the bank and all right then. When the tech comes to measure the sales guy missed two windows so I now have a loan for two too few windows. We work through that. Day of install they fly. Take out 22 windows and have 21 back in in record time. BUUUUUUT one window (one of three dormer windows that are identical sizes) is too big. The reinstall old window (in front forst window you see) and don’t come back for over a month and when they do they send one man to install window. They did 22 in about 5.5hrs it took him 2.5 to do one. So the install cost me two days off work. Don’t love how sloppy that part was. Seems lazy. The hard part good windows and prof install they get but lazy on the minor stuff
