HOWEVER, We were happy that they instead promised us a $100 gift card and we still have not received it. Our friend who referred us took forever for her referral reward. She called and called windows Nation and finally her Sales Rep got it for her. I have a friend wanting windows but is waiting to see if this will ever be resolved for us. Still waiting for $100 Gift Card, not a restaurant card a Visa Gift Card.

Windows are not what was described or expected

I had some work done a couple of weeks ago, and someone was supposed to come back out. I haven't heard from anybody.

Installers did a great job and picked up all materials.

The J-Crew and Branden did an awesome job with ur installation. The were able to install all 18 windows in one day and the installation looks great. They’re also very courteous and cleaned up the area after they were done. We could not have been happier with the results of the installation and the crew that was sent out to do the install.

I had a problem and questions when installing the windows. I called in a voiced my concerns. No one got back untouched with me. I will be writing a review on your company.

My old windows were 25 yrs old and one was the original, and it was 50 years old and these $15,000 windows are noisier than my previous ones. It is so noisy in my bedroom, I have to sleep with ear plugs.

The cost was expensive because of all the 30+ windows we replaced and we hope to see some of that recovery in our ongoing hvac bills. WONDERFUL team that is comfortable to be around and very professional. They strive and do reach perfection. Warranty is great! Thank you Window Nation!
