Our door came with no rollers. It was made for our home and came with no rollers and the wrong handle. It didn't have the safety bar.

The installation crew was very nice and kept things clean. However, the window is not anchored to the roof rafters as we were told it would be to prevent sagging over time. After further inspection I would have preferred that the molding for the window been placed flush with the perimeter of the window for a cleaner more professional look. I am not sure about the level of customer service that will be provided especially because Harley Magden reached out on the morning of Thursday 08/22/2024 to inquire about my experience and the same comment was relayed, I have yet to hear back from anyone. The installer promised that the window would be fine and no warranties would be voided.

I would definitely recommend them.

I thought it everything was great, but their prices are a bit high.

When they put my windows in, there were 2 people. The person in charge did a good job. The other person was kind of struggling, but he did what he could do. I had to call Window Nation back because there were certain things that had to be corrected. The screen had a hole in it. They took the blinds down, and I couldn't get them back up. I had a water damage project completed before Window Nation came out. Window Nation kind of messed up where that work was completed. They cracked the spackling or something on the inside. I have reservations about that. They had to fix the locks on the windows. One window wouldn't open. They had to come back and fix that. I had to move all the furniture twice because they had to come back for these issues, and that was irritating. It is hard doing that. I asked them to check all my windows. They sent another person out to correct everything. Everything is fine now, but I didn't like that I had to find the issues that were not correct before they left out. I had a sensor on my window on window in my bedroom, and I can't find it. I am wondering if it was stuck to the old window and got taken away. The windows look nice, but the issues should not have had to be addressed. The lead installer didn't tell me how they function or work. The Vytex employee came and completed and corrected the issues. I am fine with that. I have referred two friends to them, but I said I wouldn't do that anymore because of my experience.

I am happy with the service, and it was smooth. I reached out to the sales representative, who helped with my initial order. I contacted him again a little over a year ago when I ordered ten windows and sent him a text to let him know I needed five more windows, and he was great. I thought it was a seamless process. There was no hassle and not a lot of contact, which is what I like. Most of the process is done through text. I received my documents and scanned them to send them back.

I do not feel that they were transparent with the installation. I am dissatisfied with the service provided.

Overpaid for windows that were scuffed up, locks were chipped, and pieces were missing. Our representative said he was going to put a work order in and never did. This has been a terrible experience and we would not recommend window nation.

People have to be cautious of Window Nation during installation day. The sales people and that process was fine and the installation we had snags, there was sloppiness during the installation. I would recommend the customer be there at all times during the installation.

I suspect they use illegal aliens. They’re crew couldn’t speak English well, except one person who did the talking and that individual could barely communicate.
