The salesman was excellent and very thorough with the product education. They came out and did a good job with the measurements. I was pleased with the products they have.

I have used Window Outfitters at 2 of my homes now to replace windows and doors. Dave was my sales manager each time and so great to work with and help me find the exact products I needed to get the result I wanted. Tom did the installation at both properties and does an amazing job. Victor did a ton of outside work wrapping windows and doors to make them maintenance free. Victor is very skilled at his craft. I highly recommend Window Outfitters.

The installation process and workmen ship was outstanding

For future window and door needs I will turn to Window Outfitters first, they were able to fit a custom door into our 100+ year old non-standard entry way and its a significant improvement over the old door. The whole process was pretty easy, a couple of measurements and then a 2-day install due to weather but we had no issues.

I would recommend Elizabeth 1 million times over!! She's a fantastic individual to work with! Also, Tom and Mike with the installation. Outstanding work!

From start to finish…great experience

I can't recommend Window Outfitters based on the following:
1. The start date was set much later than I'd expected. They didn't communicate until I asked.
2. Pieces of sidings fell off the day after the completion. Then again after a month or two. They did fix both incidents, but it proves they didn't get the job done right the first time. It makes you wonder what else wasn't done right.
3. I wish they'd paid more attentions to detail. Things like nail hole fills do not match the trim color, marks on glass panes, connecting trim pieces do not match, and etc.
4. I was informed there would be additional charges if they had to fix something. Well, they did need to fix a section of the subfloor, but I thought the charges I received were excessive. They didn't even provide a line item list for the charges.
They are not horrible, but I can't recommend based on my experience.

The crew was extremely professional and considerate of our home. The work was done efficiently and completed in the time frame they gave us. The windows are beautiful and look amazing. The crew even cleaned up old materials we had outside from some weather proofing we had done ourselves that was not even part of the project.

I highly recommend Window Outfitters for several reasons: Their service (Elizabeth is beyond excellent), their knowledge of their products (which are top notch), and their technical expertise (Tom is a perfectionist at his work). They went above and beyond my expectations in their delivery on my project, and I almost want to do another project just to work with them again!

Elizabeth introduced me to their line of products (in my case, doors), and I decided to go with it. I can't believe how beautiful my new front door is!
