Though most of my friends and family have installed newer windows within the last few years, if anyone asks I’d recommend window world.

My house looks so drastically different. People are asking who did the work and I am telling them. It easy from beginning to end. The hardest part is the colors especially when there is not matching color.

The men were very professional, and the management was very responsive. My husband called or texted every other day, and whatever needed to be addressed, they were on top of it. They were very thorough working with the rotted fascia board, and they weren't going to put it on top of the rotted fascia board and have it fall off. There is nothing they could have done better, and it was one of the best services I have had. There are several other projects with other places and jobs that weren't as good, but not with this company.

This is probably not the right place to do this, but we do need someone to come out and one of the two Casements is very very sticky. I tried to lubricate it and it isn’t working so if somebody could call, I would appreciate it. 330-428-1424.

In my experience in the past couple of years with my windows and now the back door, there was one time that I needed to call the service to come back and look at a few issues. They were very prompt, came right on time, and were able to resolve the issues.
