They did a good job. The sales guy dealt with it very professionally. I used him years before, and both times he did a really good job. They did exactly what they said they would do, so they had to order the window. It came in a timely manner, it was seamlessly set up, and the installation was good. Then they cleaned up everything, all the debris, after the fact. I was very pleased.

Our salesman, Steven, was one of the best sales people I have EVER met. His picture should be next to the word 'FRIENDLY' in the dictionary! When he finished his presentation we had no questions left. He was thorough! The price he gave us was much lower than I expected. The Window World people kept us up to date on our order. We never wondered what was going on. The Gonzalez installation crew was incredibly thorough, precise and did, in my opinion, a PERFECT job!
