They did a good job. The sales guy dealt with it very professionally. I used him years before, and both times he did a really good job. They did exactly what they said they would do, so they had to order the window. It came in a timely manner, it was seamlessly set up, and the installation was good. Then they cleaned up everything, all the debris, after the fact. I was very pleased.

Our salesman, Steven, was one of the best sales people I have EVER met. His picture should be next to the word 'FRIENDLY' in the dictionary! When he finished his presentation we had no questions left. He was thorough! The price he gave us was much lower than I expected. The Window World people kept us up to date on our order. We never wondered what was going on. The Gonzalez installation crew was incredibly thorough, precise and did, in my opinion, a PERFECT job! I only wish that every company I've dealt with was as GREAT as all the people at Window World! WE LOVE LOVE LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS!!!!!

This is the 8th house that I've replaced windows through Window World. I like them because I am familiar with them and they have an excellent product.

Our salesman, Conner, was professional and personable. He was responsive when called upon and very helpful through the process. We are grateful to have had such a good person to work with.

Install team was professional and efficient. Their skills were at a master level. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. The windows are beautiful and we feel confident in their durability. The warranty proves the confidence of the company in the product as well.

Steve came through and was very knowledgeable about everything. He told me everything I needed to know and also showed me the type of windows that would go well with my house. I thought they were way too good for my house to begin with, but they turned out perfect. The work that was done by the crew that came was first-rate! They were in and out within 2 1/2 hours max, which seems very quick. All the work was on point and precise.

Installer, Ricky" arrived on time, was clean, used drop cloths and vacuum cleaner after he was finished. Windows were actually nicer than I expected. Installation was done skillfully. I looked at materials he used such as sealants caulks etc and they were all quality products.

They came and destroyed my entire yard. One window came out incorrect four times, and it took four months to get it. They put a blind in the window wrong, they put a large screw through the blind into the wall. The communication was poor, and 90% of the team didn't speak English. My experience was horrible. I used another company for another job at another home.

Window World did a great job, and I am very satisfied with them.

I had 3 windows replaced. On all 3 windows a technician had to make a 2nd trip at least 1 sash on each of the windows either due to breakage in shipment or manufacturing issues. On one occasion, the technician never showed up and I lost a 1/2 days pay of $100 waiting for him. Also, he never called to tell me that he couldn't make the appointment.

It's great product and the service was good. We were impressed it was done in a day as spoken even though it was getting dark lol.

I recommend them to everybody. If I need windows again it the future, I will use Window World. They are the absolute best. From start to finish is a seamless process. Patrick was the representative that came to the house the first time. He was very professional. He knew what he was doing. He was wonderful. I met him once, did the first round, and then we were doing some reconstruction. We called Patrick with the dimensions. They were made, delivered, and we love them. They are a great quality. The look is amazing. It's a wonderful product and a wonderful company. They provide fast service. 10 out of 10, recommended. It was all amazing. The product is stunning. Great customer service. InstLler says the whit showing o. outside trim is factory related. The installers were less than competent or communicative. And I was billed for final payment before job is finished.

They installed the windows so quickly. It was perfect timing, and the job worked out great. They also cleaned up well. They did a fantastic job.

There were multiple issues that included scheduling my installation, and the quality of work done. The attitude of the team when they had to come back and fix the problems was awful and they are still not correct. they damaged the drywall when installing the windows and did a substandard job fixing it. I had to call them and there was no follow-up to the phone calls for my scheduling. Roberto and the team were passive-aggressive. They left dust everywhere, which wasn't what U was told would happen by the salesperson.I had to call multiple times to get things fixed. The wired alarm system was supposed to be removed but they ran it through the caulking and now have wires dangling. The experience has been so bad I'm hesitant to call them back to fix the rest of the issues.

Window World of BR did a fabulous job changing my 40 year old windows. The first night we noticed a huge difference in the temperature in my house. The salesman answered my questions with knowledge of product and installation. The installation team was awesome. They changed 13 windows in one day. They left all work spaces clean....spotless. My house looks so much better with my new Window World windows. I love them. Next week WW of BR, will be changing my son's windows, I can't wait to see the difference it makes on his house.
