The quality of the windows are top notch. The installation crew, however, was not. Shards of broken glass were left in every room, which I had to pick up for the next couple of days and even pulled some glass out of my bare feet. I never got the “final walkthrough” that I was promised. A crew member just pointed to the paperwork for a signature when he was done because he could not speak English to properly communicate with me.

Everything the salesman said was not done. No one on the crew spoke English so they said. But at 4pm they said in English we’re leaving it knock off time. They removed 15 windows from my home at one time and left them out for 3 to 4 hours . They stood listening to music an talking for the 3 to4 hours so they didn’t finish my job in 1 day like the contract said. They tracked grass and mud into my home and didn’t care. The site supervisor only came on the job for 20 minutes the whole day and he brought his family.

The initial order was messed up and it delayed the work on our new home. I had to pay my contractor for two weeks even though the windows were not installed and it set me back about $8000. The quality is great, but the problem comes with the company because they sent the wrong windows, and I had to wait four weeks for the windows to be installed. I would rate the installers less than one for their service.

The experience with Window World has been a positive and above all expectations experience.
The salesman that visited our home was very personable, professional, and answered all our questions. The installers arrived on time and were on task in a professional and clean manner.

It took 4 months to receive my front and back entry doors which I had already paid over 4k up front. I was told I would get a discount for the delay on my final payment, but my card was automatically run for the whole amount. I have spent over 8k on my doors (not even painted) and the installers left messy caulk all around my front door all over my stucco and messy bright white caulk across my brick threshold. I would have had another company put in my doors months ago if Window World did not already have over 4 thousand dollars of my money. Now I am having to fix all the mess myself while painting my very expensive doors.

From estimation to installation, everything went great! I would recommend Window World to anyone!
