Though we weren't expecting the installation until after Christmas, we were called two weeks before Christmas to schedule the installation and it was scheduled for the following Sunday (9 days before Christmas). Once the crew arrived, they worked non-stop until the job was complete. Every thing was done right the first time and it looked great. We've received a lot of comments by our neighbors on how good the windows look. We are very pleased with our windows.

I have mixed feelings. I used Window World because three people recommend them. They did not have David as then installer. I would be hesitant to recommend if they used David. I wanted to blast them on the Alabama review page but restrained myself.

We have been able to adjust our thermostat a few points. The windows keep our house warmer when it should be warmer and cooler when it should be cooler. They save us money on the gas and electric bills.

The quality of the window itself seems to be very well made. My problems started with the installation and time-frame management. Even now, the windows aren't installed completely. I would recommend that they double check scheduling and ensure that time-frame management is kept in line. I don't think that they care about small orders, as I only ordered two windows. Sometimes, small orders are gateways to larger orders. I would not recommend Window World to anyone, because I wouldn't want to soil my name with theirs.

Communication between their office and myself was sporadic. Scheduling was never on time and the work crew did not show up on time. Management was not eager to do anything to make me happy. They did not communicate enough information for us to make a wise, educated decision.

The people at Window World of Central Alabama talked to me a lot about the work going on. They have done three different jobs for me now. I will say that the time frame from when you agree to the work and the installation is a little too long. That is the biggest thing that I've seen. They could have prepared a little bit better when they were taking out the old windows. Some of them broke and left glass in my yard, and I wouldn't want someone walking around barefoot. Window World is an excellent company, I just like to let people know when I see something they could do a little better. They could have maybe taped the glass and prevented a lot of the glass from winding up in the lawn. I will be having them do more work for me in the future. My son is in the rental business, and he has a couple houses that he will be getting some work done in as well.

We have had a great experience with Window World. Our salesperson was very professional and explained the product. The workman were very knowledgeable and professional. Their product itself is super and we're very, very pleased. The room looks ten times better with these new windows. We are very happy. We had a few problems but they are schedule to be resolved.
