I am not likely to recommend Window World because they did not stick to their schedule. People that work can't just take off any time they decide to show up and be available for them to work in your house. Especially when you don't know who is coming or how many people they are going to bring. In today's world you have to be extremely careful and there was really no security in how they had it set up.

I had four windows in my house, and they broke one of the windows that cost me $300 or $400. They charged me $200 to haul off three boards after breaking the window. They charged to bring the windows to me that I purchased. If I had known that they were going to charge to bring the windows to me, I would've bought from someone else.

They did good work, but it took them awhile to do my job. I was a little frustrated. I paid for material up front, and it took a while to get the material. It took many months to get the material. Once they got the material, they called and started the job. They ran out of materials twice. They said it would take five days, but it took five weeks.

The first time they were here they were excellent. I ordered two more windows and doors, and they called and said everything was in, and they would like to install on freaking Fourth of July, which was a no-go. Then they called me today and said by the way one of your doors did not make the truck, and they only installed two windows and one door.

So far, we have used Window World, and we are very pleased. We will also be using them again when we get ready to do our car doors. So far, so good. Everybody was friendly. The price was correct. Being a veteran, I got a veteran's discount, so I'm very pleased. My wife is too.
