The process from start to finish was made easy and simple. The sales guy, to the installers, and followup all through professionals, I would do it all over again.
The entire experience was sophomoric and not the best interest in the client.
The man who installed our new doors and windows did a great job. They were courteous and on time. And they left everything clean when they were finished.
Window is a little off plumb, outside caulking was poorly done.
Great installation and clean up!
Yes I have already recommended them to a friend. However, communication could have been better and we had issues with the 2 doors we ordered. I don’t know if they were ordered wring or made incorrectly, but we had to wait again for the product. Then they hsd to comr back anfd fix a dead bolt.
The crew of 4 men were on time, organized, worked efficiently, prepared the work environment for less mess, job was completed on time and they cleaned up the areas after the work was completed. I appreciated that the crew supervisor walked through the home with us to make sure every window was in working order. Highly recommend!
Just get it right the first time, and make sure there's a supervisor to check on the installers while it's happening so that any issues can be rectified before the job is complete.
Firstly, the factory got our window order incorrect. Second, I was very unhappy with how the crew worked at our house. None of them spoke good English so communication was very difficult. They messed up parts of our wall/drywall and trim inside our house. They also broke off parts of our brick on the exterior and thought they could get away with using the same caulking as the windows. They also rushed the job and the caulking around windows was messy. I called The supervisor Jonathan and he was helpful to try his best to redeem the situation. We had to wait a whole month longer for the correct window orders to come in. I requested we have a supervisor on site the entire time for the next install. I was disappointed when the supervisor brought back the exact same crew that made big mistakes last time. I overheard one crew member complaining and pushing back on the issue of the bricks saying it wasn’t their fault and blaming our old house…I didn’t appreciate having disgruntled crew working on our house again. Supervisor Jonathan monitored the crew (more like babysat which is I feel shouldn’t be necessary for a crew that should know what they’re doing) and fixed the drywall, trim, and exterior brick to the best of his ability. The final thing that made me the most upset was after Jonathan left the crew was packing up and about to leave. The one main disgruntled crew member asked if he could use our restroom. Me trying to be nice I said sure thinking he’d be quick..well after his 3rd flush I knew I made a mistake letting him use it. He stuck up our ENTIRE house and didn’t even bother to wash his hands. The disrespect and violation I felt in my own home because of this. Honestly this crew member was super unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. After all of this chaos we definitely won’t be ordering any more windows from window world.
Great service from the get go with sales rep, Daniel Crabtree. Install went great and product is quality!
Gracias, muy buen trabajo !!
Dios los bendiga!
Window World is affordable.
They are absolitely excleent company. I have used them twice. I have alreadu referred them to my neighnors and will continue to recommend them.
Very professional from the salesperson to the install crew. Great job!
Our salesman quit two weeks after us ordering the windows. We were not informed until we received a phone call for installation. At that point, we also realized he had told us he himself would contact HOA and pull the permits. We later found out from WindowWorld that was not correct. We were then told that if we didn’t have the windows installed in the time frame they wanted. We the homeowners, would be responsible for paying storage dues for keeping the windows in their warehouse. No one called and explained that the salesman had quit, no one called to say that the windows were ready except on the day that they were due for installation. Once we had agreed on the date for installation in December, there was no follow up phone call or email that installation was going to occur on that date. This was a poorly managed purchase on the side of WindowWorld. When a crewmember quits, someone has to step up and look over those accounts make those phone calls, send those emails. But in this case, no one did anything there was no follow up.
A large crew of men came through, literally busting out the windows. We continue to find broken glass in the grass. The men did not use the front door or back door to come inside. They crawled through the window space therefore leaving dirty hand prints on our paint. Due to the texture of the wall, cleaning the dirty hand prints off all the window area was impossible. We ended up having to purchase new paint, then paint the areas around the windows. Unacceptable on the part of the crew. Our house is exactly a year and a half old and as they were tearing out the frames and breaking the glass to remove the old windows, the sheet rock was damaged around the windows and instead of fixing it properly, they filled it in with brown Caulk. Had we not found the broken sheet rock and the way that they had tried to repair it, we would not have been able to fix it appropriately ourselves. When a crew creates damage in a house, they should inform the homeowner not trying to cover it up by filling it in with brown caulk and it’s a white finish around the around the window windows.
I appreciate the sales rep that came out and the workers that installed the window. All three were great. However the quality of the window itself, the mechanics of the window is very disappointing. Trying to close enough to lock the window is quite difficult. Pushing window into the frame multiple times and then some more is not my ideal of good quality. The window itself is quite beautiful and l am happy with the quality of the work, but for $890 l expected smooth closure and locking system and was sadly disappointed, as well as a screen that would slide smoothly.
Quality and affordability, one day installation were the reason we chose Window World
Wonderful customer service and fast installation
Window World had great prices, nearly half the price of a big box store, lifetime warranty, and had a great salesman. Overall a good experience. We had a small hiccup with installation but a small crew came out a week later and fixed it. I felt informed all along the way. I’ve ordered four more windows!
Very professional
It required very little effort on my part. Everything was arranged well. Installers knew exactly what to do. The salesperson wasn't pushy. I had 3 people come out. Window World had the best quote. I'm glad I chose Window World.
Quick, efficient, explained well, cleaned up very well.
It was an efficient installation and they answered all of my questions.
I loved everything. The salesperson was excellent. The installers knew what they were doing a did a great job. They were pleasant to have within our home and yard.
The crew was hardworking and did a fine job.
