I like that I was able to be given a chance to pay the windows off in two years. It is my intention to pay Window World of Dallas/Fr. Worth right at two years to avoid interest. I think that was a good deal to be given that free of interest for two years.

Quality windows and less expensive cost

Window World was very professional and helpful. I would be happy to have a member of my family use them if they needed a window.

The crew did a great job on the doors They look great. However, they came later in the afternoon and stayed past dark letting in every bug and interrupting our dinner time since one of the doors was in the kitchen. I wouldn't schedule them to come that late again. It would have been better if they had done the kitchen door the next morning.

I do not like how the administration handled our emergency.

Window World replaced thirteen windows in only three hours. They did a fantastic job. I am very satisfied.

Black painted frame is poorly done. Looks blue vs black in some areas. There are several scratches on the frame as well as screen where the shiny metal is shown. Manufacturing paint is very poor especially at the additional price point per windows.
