We absolutely had no issues whatsoever; the quality of the windows seems to be good. The professionalism of the sales team and installation team was grade A.

This is our second time using Window World. The quality and service were exceptional as the first time.

We had many friends recommend WW to us. We had 8 windows needing to be replaced and the price is very good. The team of workers took out the old and had the new ones placed in and ready to go in a flash. They know what they are doing! Only one issue but they saw it and took control and had it fixed in no time. I will recommend Window World for the work done and the price they offer to get the job done.

It was cheaper than everyone else.

The windows that I purchased (4000 series) are budget friendly low quality windows. One window had a broken balancer, I signed an "Incompletion Certificate" and it was repaired by a Window World Tech 3 days later.

Window crew was very professional communicative , neat during installation well clean up , friendly we were pleased with the crew they knew what they were doing would recommend this crew for installations content with the service 👍

They harassed me over two weeks while I was dealing with a federal court case where someone tried to assault me with a deadly weapon. They pulled a gun on me. I was dealing with that and they kept calling me and had their district manager reach out and talk to me like I was a child. We had it set up a certain way for payment. I told them that it comes out of the bank that owns my house.

Will recommend against Window World

There has been a lack of communication during the transaction process up until the windows were installed. There have also been many delays in getting the order finalized up to the installation date.

We absolutely recommend contacting Window World if you are considering replacing your windows! Best sales, best prices, best installers, best communication and best problem resolution. We love our end result!!

Very quick and did a good job

The process was confusing. The initial visit from sales person was good but after that no support. Had to chase my sales representative at times. Didn’t get approved properly for financing due to lack of communication which delayed installation. Turnaround time
Was not accurate. I was told one thing by sales person but came to find out through customer service it was not true.
As far as installation doors and windows were given to separate teams. This makes no sense as they’re ready at the same time and available for install. Windows were quickly and properly installed but door crew kept me waiting for over 10 hours saying they’re on the way. They never came, because by 8PM I told them not to come, it was absurd. A total lack of respect to people’s time. They initially called and told me they’d be here at 8AM. After I said I was not gonna have people come work at my house at night I kept getting contacted by crew manager and felt harassed because he wanted his crew to come at all costs.
The window crew came
Later upon my request to finish up the job. I was short a window for our master bedroom as measurement taken initially was not right. Window team came back to finish the job. worked well and effectively. I’m not so sure I’d use window world again

Windows are fine, but customer service has been a nightmare.

Smaller windows are fine. Had to have them replace my large picture window 3 times due to scratches from the factory. Last window still had a scratch on the inside, but small so I decided not to go through another 2 month wait for a 4th replacement window.

Window World staff were courteous, and explained the installation well.

I was very happy with the installation crew and the job they did. The work done outside and inside was excellent, and they minimized any mess.

From the salesperson to the installers, everyone was excellent.

The team was phenomenal and did an excellent job.

The whole team was very polite and professional!

The sales rep, installer and office team were all friendly, professional and kind.

It took longer than I expected, and they forgot to do a window, and nobody called me back. But, what they installed, is very nice.

I would not recommend them to anybody. Based on the feedback and the lack of follow up.

I was pleased with Window World from the first visit, that of Zach the estimator. He was helpful and very informative, and was never pushy. The installation crew was incredibly respectful of myself and my wife and our home. They spread protective material around the house to protect our furniture from the created dust and the whole process of replacement went very smoothly, including the vacuuming of debris inside the house.

Everything was very professional and exceptional with Window World. Super easy to schedule, consultation went great and communication up to installation was awesome. Definitely recommend!
