It is such a pleasure to have windows that keep the house warm, and they open up a little or a lot. And you can wash them from the inside!

I had a problem with first measurement. Sales person missed a window. We corrected it the following day because he told me I had 7 windows and I counted 8. After Install they only had 7 windows. I did not confirm email sent to me because we spoke 7 adding 8th. The Email only stated 6 windows. Adding 7th. The option of adding full screens to windows was not offered, as I did not know I would only be receiving Half screens on my sliding windows. I spoke to Rajah and Rob 11/3 after install about resolution and was told they would be in contact 11/6 it is now almost two weeks later. I called Rajah again today with no response. O

They are fast, efficient, and didn't leave a mess. Everything seems to be working good with the windows and door.

I am very happy with the installation. It was a professional job.

After determining that we need new siding, we also discovered that we required new windows. After estimating a few times, I recommend using Window World. They made fixes for stuff they didn't have to. Window World offered excellent pricing, and we are glad that we chose them.

They were on time and did good work.

Measured twice and showed up with the wrong size window, but reported and did an excellent install.

The salesman who first appeared was really kind and courteous, and I didn't feel under any pressure from him. I did, however, receive a call from the office inquiring as to why I hadn't decided yet. I told him I didn't like it and that I felt under pressure, and he didn't call me back. They handled my personal stuff with great care and completed an excellent job.

My friend went with Wallside and paid more before I had a chance to recommend Window World. Their outside contractors did not do a good job. She is waiting for a second inspector to come out.

It was a bad experience. The installation crew came with most of the windows and took months to get the windows in. The first guy left a mess of broken glass in my backyard, and not all the windows were installed the same way. There was a guy working until 8 at night. There are some pieces still missing from the windows, but they should have been. They also knowingly arrived for the installation, missing four windows.

Removed old windows and screens, installed new windows, cleaned up, showed how to use the new windows. Everything was great!

I had some damage to the drywall from the window installation, but I have not received any feedback on what will be done.
