The installers were good, but Window World made my window 2 inches too short. So I wish the installers would have measured things before they knocked out my old window to make sure it would fit.

The Window World representative was polite and professional. He came out to my house when it was convenient for me and then was very patient as I went back and forth (several times) trying to choose the perfect front door.

I had a problem with first measurement. Sales person missed a window. We corrected it the following day because he told me I had 7 windows and I counted 8. After Install they only had 7 windows. I did not confirm email sent to me because we spoke 7 adding 8th. The Email only stated 6 windows. Adding 7th. The option of adding full screens to windows was not offered, as I did not know I would only be receiving Half screens on my sliding windows. I spoke to Rajah and Rob 11/3 after install about resolution and was told they would be in contact 11/6 it is now almost two weeks later. I called Rajah again today with no response. O
