They left glass EVERYWHERE! they used a broom to clean up and not a vacume. It took me 6 hours to finish cleaning after they "cleaned up". After vacuuming and steam mopping the entire house, I still found glass with my bare foot. They gave me back a measly $200 for the inconvenience. Will not recommend

Window World did not turn out to be as easy to work with as I had hoped. I was misinformed about the lead time which was further exacerbated by a window being built incorrectly, and also a crew no-show. Communication is key, and they could improve this aspect.

They came when it was dark. trampled on two of my plants that won’t make it. left glass all over the flower bed. looks like They didn’t seal it well.

I used Window World on the recommendation from a friend who used them several years ago and had a great experience. Our salesman was great and informative. The install went smoothly according to my wife but, there was broken glass left scattered in my living room. Some of this broken glass was on dog beds and in our dog's kennel. Some damage was also done to some paneling we had just had replaced the previous week. The initial repair response was to just use wood filler and patch the damage. This was unacceptable and getting the repair done took several emails and phone calls.

It was a very easy experience with Window World, from the first time someone came here to show me the product to the completion of my project.
