Window World is high quality, and the installation was very simple and easy. The siding fits perfectly. There is a special cavity on the exterior of the window's framing where the siding fits in, and makes it very convenient and easy for the framers and for the siding installation. Everybody likes it. My contrcators are actually suggesting to other clients they're working with to order Window World windows since it's very easy for them to insert the siding.

We have used window world several times , 2 times we had to get installers to come back to finish the installation properly.
The issues were corrected by company employees, not contracted personnel. Our latest window replacement was do with out any follow issues very good team.

We have been very impressed with our Rep. Dan Trader for both of our purchases 5 years ago and now. Our install team was great this time and the message updates.

The team that came out to install, my windows was very professional. They were very organized and explained each step to me. They made sure that my property was clean upon completion. I was escorted around the property to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that had been done, and all of my final questions were answered.

I am not likely to recommend window world because of their follow-up on the safely operation of their product. Contact with window world made no difference with scheduling a follow-up appointment.

Overall, unhappy with purchase from product quality to rushed install. Have to hire contractor to fix black caulk in brick our front and clean it up overall. The crew thought it looked okay, and I was being too picky. So even though an inspector came out and agreed it was a sloppy job… I have no confidence that the same crew will do the job right the 3rd time supposedly in 30 minutes. Completely unsatisfactory in workmanship.; 4 sashes have to be reordered due to unfinished paint inside, all 3 screens needed to be re-rolled and one screen was broke completely because in a rush taking it off (that one takes 4 weeks).

I like my windows just fine. To be frank, your sales representative is a chauvinist, he talks too much, and he showed me zero respect as a woman. He refused to talk to me and made me bounce everything off of my husband. He refused to call me by my name and constantly called me pet names and was very touchy-feely. He kept telling me what he liked, and if this was his home what he would put in it. Great sir, this isn't your home. I don't care what you like, this is my home and I'm telling you what I like. I was grateful to be done with him. Furthermore my brother who lives in Austin Texas wanted to put windows in his home and contacted the window world in Austin. We were a bit shocked that the cost of the windows in Austin vs Houston and when I asked Gordon about it, his response was, "And Austin sells a shit product too. Don't go with window world in Austin." When I asked him for a solution he could not tell me who in Austin to go with. The whole situation rubbed me wrong.

The service was great, and I would use Window World again.

I lost about 6 inches on a small window - the sales rep DARREN did not explain this to me and he knew I was already concerned with how small my windows were!
