Everything up until I voiced my concern was fine, but after I voiced the concerns I had, I am not getting any real support or accountability for how the installation was performed.

The windows were replaced quickly, but were left absolutely filthy after the install. We were told after install we couldn’t clean them for two days to allow everything to set. I’ve spent half an hour trying to clean one window alone (we have 21 new ones), and it still isn’t clean. This is a very frustrating process.

The installation team did excellent work. I was very, very happy with them. My salesperson, Gordon Carlson, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and was very helpful.

The window world rep, Kenneth, was exceptional throughout the process. He was very quick responsive and take good care of customers to ensure everything would be completed to satisfaction. The installation crews were good as well; however, they seem rushing to complete the installation and not pay attention the details; for example, the doors were installed to tight to close, the windows are dirty with fingerprints on many places. We wish they could be more thorough.

I will not recommend this company to anyone I know. You came highly recommended & fell short or our expectations for professionalism & honesty. Jake & Scott were both terrible to work with & were both extremely disrespectful throughout the process of “righting their wrong.” Next time they are unfamiliar with the material a home is built with, they should decline the job before they start it. Instead they chose to continuously cause damage to my home & left us vulnerable to water damage due to them damaging the exterior siding of our home. I had to constantly call to get updates on the status of the material being ordered and locating a company that could fix the damage. They need to learn to better communication skills with customers & not be condescending towards customers!!
