Be sure to have the installers clean the windows before they seal them.

I had a window replaced and the window looks completely different than the other window right next to it. It was never explained that the exterior window would stick out from the wall. And the interior would take up a lot of the current border. After install I brought this up and was met with an it is what is is attitude

They did a good job, were quick, listened to us, and helped solve issues we were concerned with.

The crew was very fast, thorough, clean and professional. I would recommend Window World to anyone thinking of getting new windows. Thanks for the great job.

From the time the installers showed up until they were cleaned up and leaving was about 2 1/2 hours seemed to be extremely quick for such a large job.

Dan Trader got the business because he is amazing. We now recommend him and Window World to our friends and neighbors, as well as on social media whenever someone asks about window replacements. We were not happy with the fist crew that did the installation of most of our windows. We subsequently replaced the last remaining ones and wish we would have had Scott’s crew for both installs. We love our new windows and how energy efficient our home is now. We also love how much quieter the house is, not to mention how the windows have a clean look and amazing views without the grids.

The installers were professional and attentive to any concerns I had.

We started in May and they finally finished up last week in December. It took us that long to get what we needed and we still aren't satisfied.

I'll let people know who put my windows in and let them make their own choice.

It was a seamless process. They cleaned everything up, did it fast, and everything fit. My windows are all the same size, but vary by about an eighth of an inch, and they were able to customize them.

Everything about this whole affair was awesome. Salesman was friendly and helpful, install staff, while small, had great attention to detail. (One of the screens didnt fit right, and Johnny worked and worked till it was perfect.) The pricing was perfect, and fit and finish were top notch. We are extremely pleased and are telling our friends.

A window was left out of my “and ordering of my windows. So I waited for my entire order to come in to realize there was one window that was not ordered that I had to order and wait again to get that put in The first time they installed, the windows, installers were leaving, wanted me to sign off on the installation and pay a higher amount of someone else’s invoice which I intern had to correct them and show them that is not my name that is not what I owe. this is the wrong information so inconvenience.


Then I ordered the second window paid for it in full waited. Another five weeks installers came out on a certain date, but I got a phone call saying they do not have my window someone else took my window. We have to reschedule another week went by to say the least the installation and paying process at the end of the sale Was not very professional

Quality installation

We decided we wanted to see some windows before sitting down with a sales person. We found Window World had a showroom and went there. The lady there was so friendly and great. Because of the showroom and her we set the appointment.
Our only issue was we understood the supervisor doing the job would walk us through everything and give us a demo at the finish. He was extremely nice when we dealt with him. However he left and left the walk around to one of his men. Only complaint was not getting the full going over the product.

Great windows at a good price

The first set of windows that were installed, amazing! The second set was delayed due to slight damage to frames. Regardless, the work was outstanding. Eddie and his crew were on point with workmanship and debris clean up.

Window world did over 30 windows on our house. Your company was 4 hours late and therefore did not complete the job until after 8pm which caused the men to rush the job. They left a mess, glass all over my house and chipped the paint on the windows. You charged us an extra $300 for accidentals (in case they broke something while at my house and we never got that back). You also ordered the incorrect windows for half of my house. It took you over 6 weeks to fix the mistake. You took zero responsibility for your mistakes. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY!
