Julio was professional and knowledgeable about the windows. The installers were amazing!! The office staff was friendly and kept me informed on the process!! I would give you a 10 on customer service!! The windows are beautiful and made in the USA!!

How fast it took to replace 4 kitchen windows. Very little mess to clean up, which the installers took care of that.

All involved with the transaction were very friendly and professional. However, I was dissatisfied with the DP rating being so low (DP-14). They were not commensurate with the price. I was also unhappy with the fasteners used (undersized) and no window tape was offered. This was a new construction and I expected more for the price.

Overall satisfied, but, the salesman forgot a small window on one side of the house which was a bit dissapointing considering the final total cost. I reached out to him hoping to get that taken care of, BUT have had no luck getting a response.

The crew needs to have respect of the client and not speak in other languages in a derogatory way. It's horrible that Window World said since it wasn't said directly to us, but caught on camera, that it was okay.

Process was easy from sales with Dan to installation with Juan and Jose.

TWICE the manufacturing of 2 of my windows a message with measurements.. resulting in a 6 month delay of my instillation.
Because of ALL THE SCREWUPS..we do not feel we were financially compensated for the idiots who screwed up our order and caused MAJOR delays.

We just had our windows installed yesterday and I have already referred 3 people so far. The windows are beautiful, quality, and have caught the eye of people on the street. The entire process was easy and the workers had our entire house done in about 3.5 hours! Amazing!

The whole reason for replacing rhe windows was for sound deadening as told to the sales agent. No improvement. The workers were quick, but they left a mess. Had to make 2 trips because the first set of windows were broken.

They did a great job.

The installer wasn’t a good communicator. He didn’t ask to show me the final result or ask if there was anything else then asked me to sign the paperwork where it showed he had done several check list items, I wrote no on all but one. He had one of my windows installed crooked. You would think they’d have a level on them but he didn’t. I also did not receive my windstorm certificate like I was supposed to either.

Perhaps leave instructions on how to remove the caulk from the glass on the windows. I had several smudges.

I choose right! I had spoke to my parents that it was time to change the windows, and we choose the right company, since the beginning with the sales man came out good he explain everything and answer our questions that we had, and when the installers came they were generous and professional, so happy that my parents love the new windows in the home. Thank you windows world now you are part of our home.

I had very nice windows on the front of my home when MR Trader came out I told him I wanted something nicer than just plain windows. I did not have a problem with the back, but I wanted something that would stand out on the front of the home.

Communication was a problem. Clean-up was a problem. When they were tearing out the windows. There was some damage to my house. Those issues could have been avoided.

The crew was excellent! Mr. Olbin was very professional.
