I would recommend Window World because I know that everyone’s experience is different and not everyone will have the same experience that I did.
When the installation crew came to install our new windows our wall was damaged in the process. Also, two of the new window frames arrived cracked and needed to be reordered. This is out of their control and I understood that. We waited for the new windows to be made and when they were delivered to be installed we were told by the installation crew that it was the wrong frames ordered and they would need to be ordered again. Mistakes happen and I can understand that. What was upsetting to me was how things were handled by the sales person, Mr. Brett, when I expressed that I was not satisfied with the “trim” that was going to be used to patch the gaps around the windows. I spoke with many workers from Window World about this issue and the only one who remained helpful and professional was my field supervisor, Mr. Claude Bergeron. He made my experience very pleasant and positive. Thanks to Mr. Claude, everything was done properly and the correct window frames were ordered and installed. I am very happy with the outcome of my windows from Window World.

Window world had windows built sooner than expected, installed in 4 hrs and were fairly flexible in scheduling installation. They also left job site after installation, very clean.

Salesman sold me 5 windows but installer could only install 4. Salesman later tells me that I have to pay for the 5th because it was a custom build.

1. overcharged for work not performed which installer allowed deduction on final payment. 2. small window not sized for cut out dimension of original window leaving large gaps on exterior top, bottom and sides which were filled in with foam instead of wood. 3. Exterior trim material poor quality with lots of knots and requires 6 weeks befor painting to allow curing of pressure treatment. 4. total cost excessive for work performed.

I am satisifed with Window World. They did a really nice job, and I happy with that. When I go up there is a little step that is a little higher than usual, I have to watch when I go up, so I don't fall. Besides that, everything is fine and beautiful. I still have the sign outside, and I don't know who's going to be picking it up.

They answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with Window World of New Orleans, and I have already referred them to a couple of people.

We love our windows

I was nearly completely satisfied except I felt like the windows were measured too aggressively small. There seem to be more than 2-inch gaps on top and bottom, and the windows could have been a little bigger because now I have a gap. It looks good when we get the driving rain. I don't know if it will be prepared. They look fine. They were nice and polite. The windows to me are smaller than the space.
