I was a previous customer and had multiple neighbors and family members that also used their service. I didn’t get estimates from any other companies cause i knew of the quality and service they provide.

They showed up late and worked until after dark when there was limited visibility. They left a mess in the yard and smudges on the windows because they couldn't see to clean up properly. The job would have been shut down if OSHA had seen them working. They were using a 20-foot ladder with no harness while handling a big window, which I thought was improper. I also got a flat tire from a screw the next day that could have possibly been from the crew leaving it behind.

They gave me a great product for a reasonable price. The quality, craftsmanship, and workmanship was excellent.

Arrived on time, covered up the work area inside the house which made their clean up easier, did a great job installing the windows.

The door was promised to be delivered in 3-5 weeks, but it took 18 weeks. I was dissatisfied with that.

We were very pleased with the hard working men that completed the job in one day for installation of 16 windows (9 large). We only wish we were advised of the amount of mortar dust that would occur from the removal of the old windows.There was a slight layer of fine mortar dust in each room that windows were installed. We know they used tarps on the floors in front of each window and also on some of the furnishings. How-ever the tarps were obviously used and not very clean, which resulted in us having to thoroughly wipe down, mop and vaccum in addition to washing all bed coverings. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the completed job!

They were very professional. The service person was great. He came in and measured everything and was really on top of it all. I had an issue with one of the window sashes and they did everything to get it installed. I was really happy with the customer service.

Nice sales and install team and good windows. But, we had issue with a garden window and it took months to get it fixed. We can recommend the regular windows but definitely do not buy garden windows. Very unhappy with how those turned out.
