Quality, waiting time, finished product
Tech is coming out Monday. Window quality mismatched paint painted halfway up and then stops. Overspray ( looks like done with a spray can. Screens broken felt seal on bottom inside ripped and sitting in bottom of window. Worst quality I have ever seen. I didn't pay all that money for something thats is so unprofessionally done. Workmanship is unacceptable . I had them do my condo windows about a year 1/2 ago and the windows were very good quality. Not sure where they got these windows from. One window glass is scratched looks like inside . It seems that one window especially must have been used and altered by manufacturer and tried to pawn off on me.
Lead installer was very good at his job.
Window World did a superb job. They were very thorough, and it didn't take as long as we thought it would.
The installers were superb. But there was so much lack of communication with the sales person and the management. I received two calls asking me how the installation had gone when they hadn’t even been installed yet. Left me with the impression that no one knew what they were doing.
The installers we very skilled and had a process of old window removal to installing new one. They had 5 guys and they worked in unison to remove and install and removed all the debris and swept the interior. Such a great experience Window World!! I would definitely recommend them.
Every thing from the salesman visit to the installation was easy. Everyone was professional yet very friendly.

Too many problems
We are repeat customers and have been very happy with both the quality of the installation and the quality of the windows themselves. There’s no reason to pay exorbitant prices through other window companies or big box stores. We’ve been very happy with window world.
On time with exactly what we ordered
This is the second house we have had Window World replace windows in. They have done a great job both times. We love the product and the service.
I had my doors installed before the installation team left. I noticed a chip. They were literally headed to the car after packing up. When I noticed this. They said to call their boss. I think his name was Doug. I did. I left a message and he never called me back. After spending nearly $10,000 on two doors I would have hoped for a call back.

Our initial consultation exceeded my expectations. Our salesperson was direct and to the point, which I appreciate as a customer. There were no "special discounts" or back-and-forth on price. He explained the process clearly and gave us reasonable timelines for manufacturing and installation. When the windows were ready, they came the next day to do the job. The installation was quick and easy. The whole process was painless. I would definitely use Window World again and recommend them.

Waited 8 weeks for windows and they came in 3/4 of an inch too large. Could not be installed. Had to reorder. Waited another 4 weeks for replacement windows.. Beautiful new front door installed and the handle hardware wasn't straight. You could see the handle was crooked and also confirmed with a level. Man came to finish windows and front door and said he could not install front door molding as he did not have a nail gun required to install molding. Called supervisor and he said molding should be installed using caulk and he would send out another tech the next day. Said I would be called in the morning with ETA for worker. Never received that call. Called supervisor in afternoon asking about service arrival time. He said he got messages mixed up with tech and each of them thought the other was going to call me. Neither called me. Service tech arrived 5:45 pm which meant I spent the entire day waiting for WW to arrive. Tech installed door molding using (yup) a nail gun. This after Supervisor told me molding would be installed using caulk. I spent an awful lot of time waiting for WW product and service appointments throughout this entire process. I was given a $500 credit on my windows for the delay, and I do appreciate that. Thought the compensation could have been more.
This the second home I've replaced the windows. I appreciate the quality and customer service of this company.
The installers were meticulous, went out of their way to explain things, and were as accommodating as possible. They explained things that the salesman never did. If I could give 10 stars I would!
