Great sales guy. Very happy with windows and crew from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Our initial consultation exceeded my expectations. Our salesperson was direct and to the point, which I appreciate as a customer. There were no "special discounts" or back-and-forth on price. He explained the process clearly and gave us reasonable timelines for manufacturing and installation. When the windows were ready, they came the next day to do the job. The installation was quick and easy. The whole process was painless. I would definitely use Window World again and recommend them.

Waited 8 weeks for windows and they came in 3/4 of an inch too large. Could not be installed. Had to reorder. Waited another 4 weeks for replacement windows.. Beautiful new front door installed and the handle hardware wasn't straight. You could see the handle was crooked and also confirmed with a level. Man came to finish windows and front door and said he could not install front door molding as he did not have a nail gun required to install molding. Called supervisor and he said molding should be installed using caulk and he would send out another tech the next day. Said I would be called in the morning with ETA for worker. Never received that call. Called supervisor in afternoon asking about service arrival time. He said he got messages mixed up with tech and each of them thought the other was going to call me. Neither called me. Service tech arrived 5:45 pm which meant I spent the entire day waiting for WW to arrive. Tech installed door molding using (yup) a nail gun. This after Supervisor told me molding would be installed using caulk. I spent an awful lot of time waiting for WW product and service appointments throughout this entire process. I was given a $500 credit on my windows for the delay, and I do appreciate that. Thought the compensation could have been more.
This the second home I've replaced the windows. I appreciate the quality and customer service of this company.
The installers were meticulous, went out of their way to explain things, and were as accommodating as possible. They explained things that the salesman never did. If I could give 10 stars I would!
This is the second house where I have used Window World. This time it has been very frustrating working with the personnel.
finish up after completion, in order indivauls can get their things back in order. 2weeks to put in a few screw caps, is entirely too long to be torn up, after inspection has been completed. Balance is due on completion, so in reality, balance should not have been paid until COMPLETION and I won't make that mistake again.
Install team was fine but the product used to cover window screw holes are complete shit. They were falling off right after installers left. That is just a ridiculous way to finish out an otherwise fine job.
Their pricing was affordable. Their service was great, and the product is beautiful. The crew did a great efficient job.
The original salesman was quick and to the point, he did not make a show about the windows and put on a performance like some other companies do. I appreciate how he gave me all the facts I needed to know but didn’t try to convince me to do anything the day of. He was very informative and answered all questions I had. Additionally, the installers worked very hard to install the windows and took the time to demonstrate to me that all eight were working properly before signing the completion form.
They always do a great job. They're on time, clean up after themselves and professional yet friendly.

The job completed was extremely challenging. I was informed that it is standard for the company to use products and materials that are sub par, to a degree and Window World accessed my credit card account for a payment without my authorization.
Job did not take long completed the same day and cleaned up everything.
Sales Rep Matthew was very knowledgeable and patient. Very competitive pricing. Top quality products.
Field supervisor David kept us informed and was responsive to any questions.

Ordered in September Door was finally installed on Valentines Day. This was the 3rd installation attempt. First door was too tall and couldn't be cut down due to window. Second attempt - factory sent entirely wrong door (had NO window). Hoped having to wait a 3rd time it would be expedited but apparently not...still waited weeks. Really not happy.
Our first round of windows went well(6 windows). Then we ordered the remainder of them. This is where things got weird. 3 of them were the wrong size. This mistake happened a total of 3 times and on the 4th trip out, they brought 1 incorrect window. Apparently it wS in the warehouse and someone did deliver it. I will say they did a very nice job of installing and they did make it up to me on the pricing.
Firstly, the delays were unbelievably long. The communication and attention to detail was poor. The windows were installed but then the inspector came and none of the documents needed were available. The color we ordered was not what we were shown. Our salesperson was rude and did not check on the project at all, all he wanted was the sale. The only person that really made any effort was David, the manager. He actually listened and understood the problems we had. Overall the experience was poor but because the install team did a good job, the David worked with us and the windows are nice and the price was better than some of the competitors, I would recommend them.
