The process was easy and the installers were very professional and fast. This is my second time using Window World and would recommend them to anyone.

High quality product with excellent customer service. They were very upfront with pricing and timelines of production time and estimated installation time. Also, they honored our pricing after we had major delaying getting the financing set up (our bank's fault, not Window World's). Plus, they are an approved contractor for the My Safe Florida Homes program and I would highly recommend others to use that program and purchase their windows and doors from Window World.

Salesman communication needs work. Installers not on time. Items ordered showing up wrong and having to reschule installations.

Everything from Sales to preparation instructions, Installation, and Service was above board and very excellent. They were exceptionally courteous and cleaned up after they were through, leaving my lanai actually cleaner afterward than before they even got here. Dave, Dan, and all the rest were exceptional to work with. The Simonton sliders are so nice and soundproof, they even have a key lock option which I opted for, and they are so easy to open and close. You can detect the high quality by opening and closing with just one finger - they are built with precision in mind. Window World and Simonton are just the very best. I am very proud to recommend to anyone in need of new doors, sliders, and or windows.

I was happy with the service. They did a professional job and were quick and courteous.

They haven't honored repairing damages to my stucco or siding and they buried my window contacts for my alarm system. They haven't corrected the issue.

The Simonton window quality is excellent. I would consider other local companies for future bids on Simonton window replacement. I would definitely recommend the installation crew; they were excellent! They made up for some of the negatives of the process.

I especially liked the price transparency which allowed me to plan better. The sales and installation team were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the windows is excellent, and they have already made a noticeable difference in both the appearance and energy efficiency of my home. Windows are excellent quality and installation was seamless

No on site inspection to ensure job was done properly . Not enough day’s scheduled, the crew was rushed. When I told the lady on the phone that the doors were not operating or locking correctly her response was “oh” instead of I will have some one call you. Also WW was confused on how many windows and doors were going to be installed. I received only 4 sets of keys for 5 doors.

The sales process was great and very easy.

They were supposed to finish the job today, but they don't have the right parts in. I ordered the doors in May, and the job is still not completed.

The windows and sliders look nice and see like a they are of good quality, but…

Our patio door lock was not included with the material at the time of install. The installer had to buy one from Home Depot and I have no idea if it’s the same quality we would have gotten otherwise. Did we pay for something we didn’t get?

The threshold they put at the patio door is a wood that does not match my flooring at all! I would have preferred they install a white threshold but I didn’t get asked.

The crew was here till 9:00pm on the final night of install. I was fried, they were no doubt fried, but then I’m asked to sign off on all of the installation. I can’t even see how things look in the dark outside but I have to sign away my rights to file any claims?

Also, we failed our first inspection because of missing screws. When the crew came back out, they apparently didn’t fix the issue because we failed our second inspection for the exact same reason. Now we are having to host thanksgiving with the stupid stickers on our windows because we can’t take them off yet, and WW is telling me the next time they can get someone out to fix the issue (again) is over two weeks from now. I am awaiting a call from the service manager because I am not waiting that long. Needless to say we are frustrated and inconvenienced.

They didn't level the door frame. They didn't even use a level. The caulking looks terrible. My three-year-old could have done a better job. It's all over my brick wall. I don't know what they are going to do about fixing it. It's unacceptable.

Wonderful service.

Overall, yes I would recommend and have recommended to my neighbor. Couple of things could have been better. One is the communication of the install date and the other is an employee that showed up to put the final covers and screw caps. He was a mess. Didn't know how to put the strips on and missed so many screw caps. I basically told him to leave the house. Another guy showed up a few weeks later and was so good!

We had the great pleasure of having all of our windows in our house removed and then replaced by Window World just recently! It started the process with Chris as our salesperson who did an absolutely great job in explaining all facets of the project with clear concise explanation! The crew that came to our house to do the actual installation were just fabulous! They were on time, completed the job with courtesy, great conversational skills & the quality of the installation of the windows was completed with the upmost professional skills.

The quality of the windows is the same as quoted from other window distributors, but the price from Window World of Tampa cannot be beat.

They were efficient except they don’t clean the windows and I would think that you guys should clean the window since you made a mess on them
