It was as good of a window buying experience as I could have wanted. The sales person, Rob Winsor was a very good guy. We had a good chat about windows over some coffee while he explained everything. Selling windows, or anything for that matter is a difficult job, and Rob knows what he's doing for sure. If I had a friend, and they needed new windows, I would most certainly tell them to get a hold of Rob over at WW Toledo.

I have spots on my windows that are very hard to get off. I haven't been able to get them off.

The whole experience was great, but the installation crew did not speak any English. When they drove up, a woman got out of the car, and she told me that she would be my interpreter. I worried that I had illegal immigrants installing my windows, but they did a great job. I was not comfortable, though, since I was never told that this would happen. Window World needs to be honest and tell their customers about this beforehand. I had no heads up that this could happen, so that is the only hesitation I would have about recommending them to others. The crew was nice, and they did a great job, but I still do not know if they were here legally. I called Window World to let them know how I felt about this, and they said a manager would contact me to discuss this further. However, no one ever contacted me about it.

I am pleased with the product and installation. This is the second home that I have used your company.

If any Family, Neighbors and/or Friends start looking for windows, I will definitely recommend Window World. I have had several compliments already about my new windows.

They didn't know what windows went where they suppose, with first was wrong, had to take off and put correct one on fron of house, they broke/ dropped widow while taking off, left glass on grass

I have had over 40 windows replaced by Window World. I have done this in 3 different segments. My salesman is wonderful. He does a great job, he is friendly and makes sure we understand everything. Being able to pay on the 18 months same as cash was key to me being able to get the windows. My latest bunch of windows (14) were just installed and my installers did a great job. Everything was cleaned up, he was friendly and I am so happy with his work.

Window world was amazing! In every part of the company their employees are knowledgeable, patient, professional…. This was a very stressful project for me in finishing my homes remodel, and window world employees walked me through the entire process w/ kindness, they were honest in things I needed and didn’t need, saving me close to $3000! During install they found one of the windows seal was weak and came to me to tell me they ordered a new one and would be back (scheduling at my convenience) to replace it, not very often companies do that, most would install, walk away and hope you don’t notice. Not these guys!! If you are stressing about your decision…. Call Window World right now! Truly a Great Company!!

The whole process from start to finish was very painless. We liked the no pressure initial sales presentation from Jason plus the total price of the window project was a plus also. Every one with Window World was very professional including the installation crew which I would highly recommend. If I have any more projects down the road I will not hesitate to give them a call.

Our whole experience was great. We shopped a few companies before deciding on Window World. We felt they had the best products and pricing was right in the middle. No high pressure sales which was much appreciated. Communication on the whole process was great. The installation went so well. Jose and his 2 man crew were fantastic. So knowledgeable and professional. Jose made sure that everything was exactly what we expected and the windows and door look amazing. We had a small issue with the wheels on our sliding door. Install was on a Friday, Jose and his team made sure that this was remedied and completed to our expectations on Monday morning. I would highly recommend.

We were told the windows would be ordered and would take about 6 weeks to be delivered. It was’t that long and we got a call saying they were in and wanted to schedule instillation for the next Monday. They were here before the scheduled time and completed 8 windows in 6 hours, they look beautiful.

Don’t want you to get to sure of yourself

Our issue was not the first meeting we had. It was the people doing the installation who were unprofessional, and one window was given a tinier insert. We have water-facing property, and the insert took away 4 inches on each side of the window and gave us less window in our sunroom. We said we didn't want that, and the guy was upset and said we would get into trouble if we took it back. It was unprofessional, and they wedged it in, and we were not happy with it. i didnt appreciate that. He also started talking to me in Spanish, and I didn't understand why he did.

While the staff were all polite and friendly, I’m not entirely happy with the whole experience. Something was dropped on a window while the crew was readying the opening. So they put my old window back in place.
A replacement was ordered. This took quite a while. Then, that replacement was supposedly damaged; it had to be reordered.
When a replacement was finally ready, a person arrived - with only the top sash; not the entire window. That meant I had to be home one more day, so that a different installer could deliver and install the window correctly. People must not be communicating well in the warehouse or office.
It was quite an inconvenience, and leaves me feeling irritated. I’ve been considering that we should be reimbursed for all the inconvenience
I hope that most customers are better satisfied.

This has been the absolute worst experience we have ever had with a company. It took 3 visits to make everything right. The first installer didn’t install a window correctly or the door. Then he had the audacity to hand me a razor blade to clean the glue off my windows.
