The door is perfect but took four times to measure it properly, and they had to order it a second time. There were two young gentlemen and a man who took the order who measured it, but it was the guys who installed it that measured correctly.

I am very pleased with my new entry door. It looks nice and fits well. The service man told me it was a little hard to close, to push on it. It was like that a day or two but now it fits well and closes and opens well. No trouble. The salesmen and the service me were very nice. I am pleased. The price was good too. Replacement with Anderson was very expensive. They wanted $12,000 for the exact same door. I had used Replacement with Anderson before for windows and they were very affordable, but this time they were double what Window World wanted.

7 as this is the second house that I've done with Window world. if you own a sided home, do not allow the window installers to install on the coldest day of the year as the siding will chip and crack.

Window World came in and did the job. They cleaned up and were very good. Within four hours, they installed 11 windows.
