Kurt Malley brought all visual examples and did a Great job of explaining features and benefits on the windows . I have full faith that their windows are the best and will surely show my friends and family my new windows .

Very uneven experience. Product quality very good. Installation quality in the end very good. Wait time much, much longer than competitors. Management excellent....saved the day in a project that could have blown up from installer misapprehensions.
If you can wait a very long time for delivery and just know that management is where the adults are Windows Hawaii can work out.

I have recommended Windows Hawaii to everyone who is interested in windows, and at least my neighbor has used the company. I have recommended Windows Hawaii to myself, and all the windows of my house have been replaced in stages. Why to you fail at the very end???

I may refer windows Hawaii to friends who have simple jobs with no reframing simply because of the competitive price. But I would inform them of the problems we had with install to insure the same mistakes didn’t happen in their home.

Overall experience was positive; however, living in Hawaii, DO EXPECT a delay in receiving your windows due to shipping, etc. From the time I had the initial quote to installation was a good six-months or more. Mario and his sales team were great; installers even better. Mindful of the neighbors, cleaned up after themselves, etc. Great Team...............dg

The follow-up is excellent, but it's been over 2 years since I ordered the windows, and it is still not completed. Everything is taking too long.

As I mentioned in the first survey that was sent, the pins on 2 of our screens aren't aligned with the holes. So I am hesiitant to clean it because it took us almost a whole hour to replace the screen after I removed it....so i am kinda disappointed.

They were efficient, fantastic, good workers, neat, and cleaned the job very well. They had actually done the project before the scheduled date. They overly exceeded my expectations.

Everything about the installation of our windows went as smoothly as planned, from the estimate, to the scheduling, to the interaction with the work crew and the office staff. There is a huge difference in the quality of the new windows to what we had before. Money well spent!

We were happy with the results of our window replacements by Windows Hawaii. It was done in a few days and the workers cleaned up each day. It is quieter now and sometimes I can’t tell if it’s raining. So far when the winds are strong, we don’t hear the howling, like we did with our old jalousies.

Maybe it’s the luck of the draw but my neighbor was happy with her installation of windows hawaii. My experience was quite different. Delayed communication with my salesperson, they couldn’t find my windows and then brought the wrong windows causing a 2-3 day extension, one window completely missing so took another 4 months to get in, messy installation and very disorganized method of installing. Working from one room to the next to the next and not finishing as they went along. So every area of the house was being worked on as opposed to buttoning up one area at a time.
