I’m just new to my home but the quality I expected is here. So far I haven’t found any issues that can’t be fixed with a few adjustments.

Lovely people to work with. Communicating preparing for closing wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. I am not sure who could/should have made that better. If it was my responsibility I did not know it, but I realized it was not happening so I worked to communicate with everyone to try to assure they had the information they needed. And connected some of them in case there was more information they needed from each other. I certainly appreciated each of their frank, honest and very helpful attitudes and communications. Good People!! We got it done together for a smooth closing. Thank you All!! On another vein, I was surprised the rafters were 2x4's instead of 2x6's as I am used to seeing.

Liked everything about the sale and building process. 3 major items have left me very disappointed with my new home.
1. The flat finish paint on the walls feels unfinished to me.
2. We have ants everywhere and since we’ve had them from the day we moved in, I am beyond disappointed that the builder says this is my problem. We wake up at night and they are in the bedsheets. This had left me extremely unhappy with my new house.
3. The very expensive closet system I paid for is not what I was expecting in three of the four closets. I should have done it myself.
4. Not a big one. But we were told during the sales process we couldn’t have a fence, and once it was too late, we were told we could.

The property is well maintained, the homes have quality workmanship and Sixes Management is responsive when needed.

The homes are supposedly upscale houses. However, they cut corners on certain things, like adding a few extra wall plugs. Those cost a couple of dollars, but they don't seem to want to do that. The houses mostly have five rooms with two to three bedrooms, and they cut corners by not putting fans in the spare bedrooms. You would think they would go ahead and invest a few extra dollars with it being an upscale house.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize John. I think he did the second walkthrough. He gave some excellent suggestions, as where to place media outlets. In the master bath, I had a question about an outlet location. He said I could put the outlet behind the toilet and install a heated bidet. That is what I had done, thanks to John. He was thorough, helpful, and made some other electrical suggestions. I ended up with four lights outside the house for better visibility. That is why I am happy with the overall Windsong package. I would also like to recognize Chris. He did all the follow-up on the paint and a plumbing fixture that needed to be adjusted. He is knowledgeable and customer-centric. Likewise, he is another Windsong asset. I didn't run into anyone that could have done a better job. The entire Windsong staff is really special.

The experience with Windsong was positive from the first contact with Sales to the final walkthrough on closing. The house is well made and high quality. An excellent builder!

I have recommended a host of friends and associates who have also visited the property and are well pleased with the product, including the Model homes. The current economic conditions with high interest rates have halted many from even considering to make the move at this time, with fear being a a primary reason. I will keep on inviting folks to move forward, in the end it is their decision. For sure, once the development is completed I know many will wish they had made the move earlier.
