They did a great job. Everything looks good and they do quality work.

We had a professional mold repair person working on the other side of the basement when she discovered standing water from an indoor leak, which was not at all related to the problem she was fixing, caused by an outside problem. Wolgast told our insurance company that the worker was "blowing mold all over the basement causing the mold spores to spread". This was a lie. She was blowing the air out of the house, with a negative air flow pressure.The indoor leak should definitely been covered by insurance, but because of your company's false reporting, AAA denied both claims in our basement. The independent investigator that AAA sent out said the dehumidifier that was placed in the basement by Wolgast was causing more of a problem than helping, because the lines weren't draining and causing a backup and he recommended turning it off altogether. So thanks for causing us thousands of dollars to fix our basement, when it should have been covered by insurance!

Wolgast was on scene for my claim within 12 hours of initiation of my claim to start remediation. They walked me through the whole process, what had to happen, approximate timeframe, estimated costs. The project manager was lackadaisical. I had to constantly contact them to see what was going on with my repairs. I understand that we were in a pandemic but it took over 3 months to get my patio door installed and it was very last minute scheduling. I am still picking up nails that were left over from the project.

I am impressed with the work Wolgast did. They always explained what they were doing. They came out every day to check on the fans and dehumidifiers. Their contractors were very professional and helpful. They met all my expectations.

Their workmanship was fine. However, they did not at all keep to the schedule we were quoted. We were told our small project would be completed within 3 weeks. It took almost 2 and a half months. We were also told that no subcontractors would be used, and then the subcontractors were cited as the reason for multiple delays. We specifically chose Wolgast because they said no subcontractors would be used. Had we known this was going to happen, we would have found our own subcontractors.

Couldn’t complete the demolition process as stated, leaving walls and ceilings they stated were to be removed. Then leaving several hours of demolition after the demolition was supposedly complete. I Hired a different contractor to complete the demo and the rest of the job.

My wife and I were very please with the professional and timely manner in which Wolgast Restoration - Kalamazoo handled our project. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for our home is to be commended.

They overcharged me. They charged me $300 to reconnect the power to my house, which is ridiculous. They also ran the line right through a tree.

They got to my house very fast. I had some water damage. They were there that evening evaluating things. Then they came the next morning, removed my furniture and carpet and dried out the house.

They were quick in response, courteous and delivered what they promised.

My mom was away when the work was done. When she got back, she was amazed at how clean things were and how well things were kept. They did a tremendous job in doing that. I was pleased as well. They were professional and helpful.
