This is the second major renovation project that WBA has done on my residence. The first renovation was a great experience and the most recent one was equally great. Unlike the first renovation project, the most recent renovation was a collection of many diverse smaller projects that required almost every trade imaginable. I'm really happy with the result.

Woodstock Building Associates is comparable in their estimate. I think some people think they are more money, but we say they are not. They are great people to work with and if anything were to happen during the project they fix it, come back or replace it.

We had two projects with WBA in the last few years, both of which went as well as one can expect for larger construction projects. WBA was nothing short of a pleasure to work with, from the first meeting through punch list. Everyone we encountered was professional, communicated what was going on, talked to us about any possible delays, etc. It was all above board with no surprises. I can't recommend them enough.

WBA met and exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work was exceptional and their professionalism was impressive. They maintained a high level of communication throughout the project and were easy to reach whenever we had questions. The process went very smoothly, and we attribute that to their design-build model. Their team works closely together and communicates frequently, and this was very obvious throughout the process. The demo was quick and left as little mess as possible. The various stages of the project were timely and extremely well managed. The floors, countertops, tile, and cabinetry came out beautifully. The attention to detail of the carpentry was amazing. The only issue we had was with the painting subcontractor, but WBA responded swiftly and remedied the situation. We would use WBA again in a heartbeat for a future renovation project.

With so many stories about slimy contractors, I was willing to pay for a company with a great reputation that has been in business for years. They where awesome from start to finish. They patiently guided me through my material choices, fully explained their process, and did not pressure me. They treated my home with respect. If patience is a virtue, they are all saints. I had so many questions for the people in the office, and everyone working at our house. If I had a concern or wanted something changed, it was no problem. I have already used them for two other small projects, and will definitely use WBA for my next project.

Woodstock Building Associates have completed three projects on our home in the last five years. All results exceeded our expectations in quality, timeliness and professionalism. We have and will continue to recommend WBA.

There were a few hiccups and some of the finish work wasn't as neat as I had hoped. There was a hole made in our wall in our bedroom from drilling through in the bathroom. Also, all of the cabinets were still full of wood shavings/chips from installation. Not the biggest issues, but still minor things to improve upon.
